The Results Keep Coming!

Yet another Look Great Naked Challenge success story for you today.

Today I received this email from another of my super happy Look Great Naked Challenge participants, Aileen O'day from London.

"Hey Dax

Below are my measurements and photos are attached. I also want to tell
you that I have had a foot problem since I hurt my foot in November
2007. The Dr refers to it as plantar fasciitis (a technical name for
'really painful foot'!)

In the past week it has been really healing, so much so that I am not
limping in the morning!! The Dr would have been recommending potential
surgery (I wouldn't have opted for it).

I know that the diet, exercise AND substantial weight loss have all
brought the healing process forward. YIPPEEEE!! :-)

So, this week I loss a total of 4 lbs!! Making
my total weight loss so
far 30 lbs!!!
My weight is 194lbs.

I have had between 5 1/2" - 4 3/4" off my chest, waist and hips!!
Chest is now 39 1/2", waist is 31 1/2", hips 42 3/4", right leg 26
1/2", left leg 26", arms are 12" and 12 1/4", calves are 14 1/2"
(that's a total of 2" of my calves and almost 3" off my arms).

I have made a goal of carrying on till I achieve my ideal size and
fitness (by early August) and then my goal is to establish a program
of maintenance.

And once again, YIPPPEEEEEEE!!

In Case You Thought It Was A Fluke...

In case you though Ann Thomas's amazing results from the Look Great Naked Challenge were a fluke, I thought I'd share with you the progress being made by several of my current challenge participants.

Check out these pictures of Babs and the amazing transformation she's made already at only 63 days into the program.






And here's her stats!


Weight: 136lbs, down 25lbs from the start
Bust: 94 cm, down 4cm from the start
Waist: 74cm, down 13cm from the start
Hips: 99cm, down 11cm from the start
Thigh: 60cm, 6cm from the start
Calf: 38cm, 2cm from the start
Arm: 33cm, down 3cm from the start

BMI: 27.1 (was 31.7 at the start)
Body Fat: 35.4% (was 44.1% at the start)


Not bad huh?

And remember, the whole program is conducted at home using simple equipment and, get this, completed in 20-30 minutes a day. (That's 30 minutes MAXIMUM!)

And whilst Babs is doing very well, she's by no means the exception.
