Are we all zombies?
So in part 1 I explained a little about what gave me to write this article, it explained how every morning and evening a lot of the people I come in to contact with on the way two and from work ,seemed to be missing some motivation, nourishment and generally looking a little zombified!?
I came to conclusion it must have been one or more lifestyle components of a healthy body…….

London Personal Trainer Asks Are you a Slapper?
With the approaching London Marathon, I am starting to see a lot more runners out there doing their training runs. Interestingly enough I have seen a few “Slappers” as well.
What is a “Slapper”? You may ask. This is someone who runs incorrectly and makes a slapping sound as their feet hit the ground. They don’t lower their feet under control after heel strike.
