She Lost 19lbs and Nearly 7 inches from her waist in just 7 weeks!

We're exactly 1 week out from the start of the Look Great Naked Challenge and I'm getting tons of emails asking me what kind of results people can expect from their time on the program.

Obviously, I could answer with my personal trainer head on but most people would think I was just exaggerating, so instead I thought I'd let you hear from one of my current challenge participants.

Read the email I received from Ann today after completing just 7
weeks
of the Look Great Naked Challenge (she's got another 5 weeks
to go).

This is complete, unedited and 100% written by Ann.....

"Since hitting 40 I've been really active - running regularly - and even doing a marathon when I was 44 - this meant that I could eat
what I liked and kept my weight down. Having a really sweet tooth,
every time I had a coffee (about 8 cups a day), I also had biscuits
or chocolate to go with them!

It has only been over the last 18 months that my weight has started
to creep on - no matter how much exercise I did I could no longer
control my weight. Any attempts to try and lose weight lasted two
or three days before I would reward myself for doing an extra long
run or whatever.

I decided I needed to really look at my eating habits - I knew that
committing to exercise wouldn't be a problem - I also knew
committing to a healthy eating plan would be the hard bit for me.
This programme appealed to me because it didn't pull any punches -
you know it's going to be tough - it isn't like other diets where
you are allowed a piece or chocolate, the odd glass or wine as a
treat if you've been good - it's about having to mentally get
yourself in the right space to be able to accept the challenge and
be determined to go for it. The first week is tough but after you
see the results it becomes a lot easier. The big plus is that I'm
never hungry - I seem to be eating more than ever before!

When I started the programme I was 147 lbs after seven weeks I've
lost 19 lbs and have dropped two dress sizes - my waist is now
17cms smaller
- I've never felt so fit and toned - I'm the weight
now that I was when I was 18 and have only got a few more pounds to
lose to reach my goal.

I would recommend this programme to anyone who wants to see results fast - having a clear structure of what to do and when really
helps.

Best wishes"

Ann Komzolik

Not bad huh?

I mean, 17cm is 6.7 inches and she's only just over half way
through the program.

There's a lot more to results come in the next few weeks and she's bound to drop another clothing size (maybe more) in that time.

It's like I've said all along.

This program truly is the real deal.

It gets results fast.

And I'm about to prove it all over again with the next Look Great Naked Challenge that's starting on friday 4th April.

That's next friday!

From that point, every day for 90 days my challenge participants will be guided, supported and have their butts kicked if necessary : ) toward the results
they've been promising themselves for ages.

And, of course, every person who joins the program is automatically in with a chance to win a luxury holiday to Thailand if they turn out to be the most improved person by day 90.

In fact, if you're reading this and you're interested in joining the challenge yourself, you're just 1 step away from the results that Ann and many others
have experienced.

Taking that step is simple.

Go to www.lookgreatnakedchallenge.com and sign up for the challenge. It's only £1 a day and is your surest bet for walking
onto the beach looking and feeling great this summer.

And it'll be a lot of fun too!

You know you want this... right? : )

See you there!

Look Great Naked Challenge Starting April 4th

Just a quick update about the Look Great NakedChallenge that's starting next Friday

I'm receiving a stack of emails at the moment from people who're really inquisitive about the challenge, the format the support, the cost and, well, every conceivable question you could ask about the program : )

Now, obviously, it's important that these questions are answered, but I'm going to ask you be patient with me a I walk you through a program overview over the next few days rather than bombard you with a stack of material all at once.

Sound fair enough to you?

Good!

Now, to the first most popular question I'm getting asked at the moment:

What's the format of the challenge?

Well, it's a pretty simple format actually. I designed it that way so that it would be easy to follow. After all, if it were complicated you'd soon get confused, disheartened and fall off the wagon wouldn't you?

So, it's simple.

Basically, it works this way:

Every single day for 90 days you'll receive an email from me telling what's required of you for that day in terms of diet and exercise and the lifestyle changes you'll need to make in order to get the results you're hoping for.

In that email will be links to exercise videos that I've created specially for this program and detailing all of the finer points of the exercises I'm asking you to perform.

In addition to the follow-along videos, you'll receive printable documents detailing those exact same workouts but in written and pictorial form so that you can learn and use the routines more effectively.

In addition, I'll be sending you dietary advice (initially based onthe Elimination diet though later including several plateau-bustingtechniques that I use to help my 1:1 clients get results faster),nutritional 'tweaks' and motivational strategies to keep you focused and clear about what you're doing and why.

I'll also be sending you audio downloads to help you with otherlifestyle factors such as recovery, sleep and stress so that you'llbe able to get the most from your training and nutrition.

As you can see, you'll effectively be receiving personal training across the 90 days as I share with you the exact same principles and wokouts that I use with my very own clients but you'll have the benefit of being able to do them from your home anywhere in the world and at any time of day.

Best of all world's huh? : )

Stay tuned for tomorrow's message when I'll explain a little more about the actual workouts.

I think you'll be VERY surprised at what I've got in store for you: )

Speak soon!

P.S - Can't you just picture yourself lying there soaking up that wonderful Thai sunshine already?

I can! :)

How To Lose Tons Of Fat While Watching The TV

Hi There!

I've had nearly 500 new people join the elimination diet newsletter this week, taking my total readership to well over 24,000 people, indicating that not only is the diet itself growing in popularity but that people are (finally) starting to come out of their winter mode and starting to think about getting into shape for spring and summer.

About time too!

But whilst it's great that so many of you are looking to take action at the moment, I also wanted to remind you that getting great results is not just about diet.

Sure, that's an important part and certainly this diet is extremely effective at getting great results but, as you know, there's far more to dramatically changing your body in a short period of time.

For a start there's the dreaded E-word.

Exercise!

It's an important part of the equation and, whilst I'd love to tell you otherwise, you simply cannot get the results you're looking for without including a little of it every day.

It doesn't have to be a lot, it doesn't have to take all the time in the world, it just requires that you do it consistently and with the right intensity to get results.

And you don't need a lot of equipment, you don't need to join a gym and you don't even need to hire an expensive trainer like me.

You just have to get off your butt and do something.

That's how simple it is!

In fact, you don't even need to leave your living room or miss a single minute of TV.

Try this workout.

I call it the get your lazy butt off the couch workout : )

1. Pick 3 or 4 exercises, say, a pushup, a squat, and abdominal curl and a lunge (though it could be any others too)

2. Every time an advertisement comes on TV, get off of your couch, do 10 of each and then sit back down.

Workout over!

Don't tell me you can't do that?!

Think about it, an advertisement comes on every 15-20 mins (well, here in the UK anyway) so you'll have done 30-40 reps over the course of an hour.

That's probably a lot more than many of my readers are doing at the moment, doesn't cost a penny and takes no time out of your day whatsoever. I mean heck, you can even still watch your favorite TV show.

If you're a little fitter and you're worried that this won't provide enough of a challenge then try this instead:

1. Pick the same 3-4 exercises.

2. Whenever an advertisement comes on, get your butt off the couch, perform 10 of one, move to the next and the next, and the next and continue the cicuit until the adverts are finished (on average 3 mins).

I guaranteed you that you'll get an amazing workout if you do this just once. Do it throughout the evening and you'll be stunned at how much work you've done.

So, there you go, the ultimate lazy person's guide to working out.

Now what's your excuse? : )

To your Success!

Got Your Elimination Diet Cookbook Yet?

I've had quite a few emails about the cookbook telling me how much simpler it's been having recipes to choose from rather than coming up with food ideas of your own.

I agree.

In fact, I'm now kicking myself for not creating this 3 years ago!

Remember though, you don't HAVE to have the cookbook. There are literally thousands of food choices that are compatible with the diet but if you want a little help to keep boredom at bay, you'll certainly find it a great resource.

There are currently over 115 recipes in e-book format and another 10 being added each and every month for a year so there'll be 240 or so by the time I'm done and each of these updates will be sent to your inbox free every month.

So if you want to grab a copy then pop on over to http://www.daxmoy-pts.co.uk/eliminationcookbook.asp and grab it now so that you can make the most out of the diet in the weeks ahead.

10 Simple Truths About Looking And Feeling Great

During my career I have helped literally thousands of people to lose weight and keep it off. Often, against all the odds and in spite of politically correct nutritional dictates that would counter my recommendations, my clients have successfully reached their weight goals and lost bodyfat by following some simple yet powerful principles.

Foremost among these has been this one indisputable fact; We are all biochemically different beings, therefore there is no ONE dietary style that will work for everyone.

Therefore EVERY food that we eat will create a different reaction in EVERY one of us. For some people fruit lifts them up and makes them feel great, for others they feel dull and sluggish. Some are allergic to nuts whilst others aren’t.

No one food, no one diet can possibly meet the needs of all of us. In fact, it’s ridiculous to try!

Therefore, this article does not attempt to tell you what you should eat. Instead we’ll be focusing on 10 simple rules that apply across the board to all of us and, when followed, will virtually guarantee your success whether you are on a high protein, low fat or detox diet.

Without further ado;

Dax’s Rule Number 1:

If you own it, you’ll eat it.

Forget about putting all of the ‘bad’ food in the house out of sight; get it out of mind too by binning the lot! I know this may seem a little extreme but the truth is that anything that you have in your fridge or food cupboard WILL eventually find its way into your mouth.

If it’s tinned, processed, has ‘e’ numbers or unpronounceable words on it, it goes into the bin. Full stop, no ifs or buts!

Any and all processed foods fit this category. The simple rule is that anything that will last for more than 4 days without going bad should be avoided as ‘non-foods’ that will harm your health.

Dax’s Rule Number 2:

If it has wheat or gluten in it then it doesn’t go into you.

The plain and simple fact is that most of us have a hard time digesting wheat and gluten. The knock-on effect of this poor digestion is that we often inhibit the uptake of other important nutrients thus leaving us poorly nourished and often allergic or intolerant too.

The difficult thing about ridding wheat and gluten from your diet is that it is used in everything from bread, pasta, biscuits, cakes, breakfast cereals, sauces, the list goes on… Just make sure that you read the labels on the foods you are buying.

Dax’s Rule Number 3:

At least one third of your food should be uncooked.

Many, in fact nearly all, of the vital micronutrients found in our foods are destroyed by excessive exposure to heat during our cooking processes. This renders these foods calorie dense yet nutrient deficient which can lead to food cravings, eating binges and excessive weight gain along with numerous conditions associated with malnutrition.

Ensure that fresh, raw fruit and vegetables form a large part of your diet. This can be made easier by juicing.

Dax’s Rule Number 4:

Eat More Vegetables.

Unlike many fruits that are known to cause allergic responses or contribute to weight gain through their insulin-provoking effects, virtually ALL vegetables are good for you. (If you know that you are allergic to a certain vegetable OR that excessive intestinal gas is created by ingestion then obviously avoid them!)

Vegetables contain phytochemicals, which are powerful natural agents that promote health. They will also help to alkalinize your system, as most of us are far too acidic. Most people benefit more from increased vegetables than from extra vitamins. You will normally need a large amount of vegetables to optimize your body's pH acid/alkaline balance.

The recommendation is that you should try to consume 1lb of vegetables for every 50lbs of body weight. This will probably sound excessive in comparison to your current eating habits, but give it a try, you can always tailor it up or down!

Ideally raw, juiced or lightly steamed is best.

Dax’s Rule Number 5:

Limit or Stop ALL Sugar Intake

Gram per gram, sugar is probably one of the most dangerous substances on earth. Seriously! Sugar has been linked directly to many forms of cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, eczema, immune system suppression, alcoholism, premature ageing, multiple sclerosis, obesity, osteoporosis, parkinsons disease…the list goes on!

Sugar in all of its forms creates havoc with your sensitivity to insulin and has a knock on effect throughout the entire endocrine (hormonal) system.

Avoid all White sugar, brown sugar, dextrose, maltose, fructose, glucose or in fact ANY ingredients that end in ‘ose’. They are all sugar.

You will also need to be careful with high glycemic index (GI) carbohydrates like:

White Rice
Pasta
Potatoes
Flour Products
Corn
Oats

Which are quickly converted into sugar in your body. Instead, opt for fibrous, starchy vegetables as your primary carbohydrate sources.
Note: If you DO consume high GI foodstuffs, ensure that you ALWAYS keep the portion sizes small and that they are ALWAYS accompanied by fat and protein. This will reduce the insulin provoking effects.

Dax’s Rule Number 6:

Consume only Organic and Free-range produce and meat products

From seed to storage our fruits and vegetables are sprayed with pesticides more than 10 times rendering them highly toxic anti-nutrients that have been identified as PROVEN carcinogenic agents of the highest order.

Think about it; insects are the hardiest species on the planet, capable of withstanding extremes of environment, toxicity and bacteria yet our chemicals are still strong enough to kill them off. Those chemicals are within our foods and eventually within us. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out the threat that this represents to us, the very END of the food chain.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS all non-organic agricultural produce, opting instead for organic and bio-dynamic food sources. These foods not only lack the toxic chemicals, they are also far higher in nutrients and taste fantastic too!

Similarly, avoid all non-organic meat, dairy and egg products as these foodstuffs are loaded with hormones and pro-hormones that effect the way our own bodies produce hormones. This results in endocrine imbalances, adrenal fatigue and myriad medical problems including MS, Parkinsons disease, ME, Diabetes and Cancer to name a few.

Eat only from free-range, organic and bio-dynamic meat and dairy which yield a far better nutrient profile yet minimise the hormonal imbalances caused by their non-organic counterparts.

Often, people complain about the prohibitive cost of eating organic and free-range produce. They’re right, it IS a more expensive way of eating… at first!

Yet, after just a short time of eating the nutrient-dense foodstuffs from the organic and free-range group, you’ll find that your food cravings reduce as your body starts to receive what it needs.

In fact, in just a short time, eating organic proves to be no more expensive than non-organic… you eat LESS food because it’s better quality!

And besides…

Even if it is a bit more expensive to eat organic, at least you won’t be consuming all of those chemicals that are PROVEN to make you ill!

Dax’s Rule Number 7:

Eat again no sooner than two hours and no longer than four hours

This is CRITICAL in supplying a steady flow of nutrients to your body in order maintain the balance of your internal environment. Eating regularly reduces the glucose and insulin fluctuations that lead to overeating and eventual fat gain. In addition, a steady supply of the right nutrients for your unique biochemistry will ensure that you not only maintain optimal weight but also optimal wellness and health too.

Dax’s Rule Number 8:

Drink plenty of clean, filtered water

With over 80% of the human body being made of water, it should come as no surprise to find that we need to maintain a good level of hydration in order to maintain optimal health.

Yet, if you closely examine the fluid intake of most individuals, you’ll find that most of us go through life severely dehydrated. We’ll drink tea, coffee, fizzy drinks and alcohol, but rarely will we take on clean, purified water!

The trouble is, all of these other drinks do not help with the hydration process. In fact, they serve as diuretics, causes us to process our precious internal water supplies even further.

When we become even 2-3% dehydrated we can suffer decreased health and performance. Stay dehydrated for long periods of time and you invite all types of medical problems including:

- Low back pain
- Fibromyalgia
- Ulcers
- Chronic fatigue
- Asthma
- Diabetes
- Obesity

And other conditions too numerous to mention.

The key to staying healthy, fit and well is to ensure that adequate water enters our bodies on a regular basis. A good guide for how much you should drink is 1 litre for every 50lbs of bodyweight, so if you weigh 140lbs we’re talking 3litres. If you’re in hot climates or exercise a lot you’ll need to drink more.

It’s not just about quantity though. Another thing to take into account is the quality of the water you drink. Due to high levels of chemical pollutants within our water supply, you should ALWAYS filter your water prior to drinking it. A simple Brita type of filter does the job quite well, though if you want to go a step further you can filter straight off the tap.

If you’re drinking water on the go the try to buy your water in glass bottles. There is increasing evidence that plastic bottles begin to ‘leak’ their chemicals into their water after a while, especially if it’s been exposed to heat.

Dax’s Rule Number 9: Avoid or minimise alcohol

There’s no getting away from it alcohol is a toxin! Sure, it may provide a short-term lift or a high that we grow accustomed to but nevertheless, it damages your health just the same.

As a powerful sugar, alcohol encourages rapid fat gain through excessive insulin reactions as well as more directly as an appetite stimulant.

Why else do you think we’re offered our drinks when we first enter a restaurant? Because by the time we come to order we’ll be starving and order more!

If you must drink, do so occasionally, with moderation and NEVER on an empty stomach. ALWAYS consume fats and protein with alcohol and minimise carbohydrates.

Dax’s Rule Number 10: Get out and about!

We all know that we need to get off of our fat in order to get our fat off but how many of us realise that it’s VITAL to get ourselves outdoors too?

Even if we’re eating healthily, drinking fresh water and being active by regularly exercising at the gym we still need sunlight in order to stay healthy.

In fact, lack of full spectrum light had been implicated as a major contributing factor in many chronic problems such as:

- Chronic fatigue
- Depression
- Tooth decay
- Hair loss
- Stroke
- Alcoholism

As the major provider of vitamin D, natural light is Essential to many of our biochemical reactions. Without it, many of those reactions will simply not take place, or else their effects will be greatly reduced.

The answer?

Get outdoors at least 30-40 minutes a day. Take your lunch outside, read a book or go for a walk, just get out!

So there you have it. 10 simple steps that you can take today to make your diet more effective and your life more healthy.

Now, I’m not saying they’re all easy. As creatures of habit, it’ll take many of you every last ounce of discipline to establish these new rules into your life, but make no mistake, when you do you’ll be astounded at the results!

Another Look Great Naked Challenge Question Answered

Today, I wanted to answer another of the most common questions I'vebeen receiving about the Look Great Naked Challenge and, inparticular, the results you can expect from your 90 days of effort.

Now, as you can appreciate, the actual results that each individualattains during their time on the program may vary slightly but allin all, the results have been nothing short of spectacular withmost participants using the program getting more than theybargained from during their time on the challenge.

Not surprising when you think about it, after all, the programpretty much addresses every facet of fat loss and bodytransformation including mindset, nutrition, exercise and, ofcourse, lifestyle factors that most programs tend to ignore.

When you combine all of these different components, you get aprogram that not only impacts upon fat and weight loss butstrength, suppleness and general health too.

But look, rather than me blow my own trumpet about the program, whynot read a few of the comments of those who've gone before you?
(These are all unadulterated...including typo's)

"All my friends are commenting on how much better I look and Ireally feel more energised and much more confident - when I look atmy before pictures I cant believe how much my body has changed.

And I owe all this to you - yes I know that I committed to theexercise and the eating plan and that I did it - but you were theinspiration and the constant factor at the beginning when it wasdifficult to get going and remain committed.

Once the weight started coming off and the measurements were lessand less every week then it became easier and gained momentum -thank you for giving me a new lease on life."

Suzanne

"Hi,
in 12 days I have lost 10 pounds. This makes me 1 pound lighterthan I have been in 35 years.
"

Marie

"I have to thank you for more than I can think of right now.

Thank You!

Talk about over-delivery! This test drive is amazing!

Unofficially I am at 183 and 9.6% (from a start of 189 at 19.7% ).I give the elimination diet much credit for this! I love the IMTand just did the Movement Matrix last night - Awesome!

Thank you for all of the inspiration and direction. I'm workingharder than ever in all aspects of my life. It's paying off, andagain you are responsible for the kick in my ass that's going totake me to the next level!"

Steve Rowe

Now, I'm not trying to create 'death by testimonial' for you herebut I wanted to give you a good idea of what's possible and, honestly, I haven't just handpicked the best ones. There are thosethat have achieved far more than these guys and, of course, thosewho haven't achieved quite so much, but the thing is, EVERYONE isachieving more and faster than most programs tend to deliver.

And it'll do the same for you.

Maybe more, in fact.

After all, you've got the added incentive of winning that Luxurytrip to Thailand haven't you?

That should spur you on a bit, right? : )

Look Great Naked Challenge Questions Part 3

As promised, I'm back to tell you a bit more about how the LookGreat Naked Challenge starting next Friday will work and how youmight be in with a chance to win that luxury holiday to Thailand.

Today, I wanted to answer another of the most common questions I'vebeen receiving.

"What equipment will I need?... And will it be expensive?"

Seems a lot of you are really interested in the idea of the short, focused and highly structured nature of the Look Great Naked Challenge but that you're concerned that it might be one of those programs that costs a lot in fancy kit and equipment.

Don't be.

The program can actually be done with no equipment whatsoever if you truly wish and you'll still get great results with just a few household items as resistance and, of coyurse, your own bodyweight.

However, as this is going to be a 90 day investment of your timeand effort, I'd highly recommend getting just a few bits of equipment to help you get even better results from the program.

The list is short, as you'll see, and will cost you very little.

1. A medicine ball - This is simply a weighted ball that you'll beusing during throughout the program during IMT.

Most untrained beginners start with just 3kg and even experienced exercisers will get a great workout with just 5kg when used in theformat I'll be teaching you.

Most sporting goods store sell these for around $20/£20 so they're not exactly going to break the bank.

2. A pair of adjustable dumbells - Ideally one of those sets that allow you to add weight as you get stronger throughout the program(and you WILL get stronger!). Cost? Around £15-20 (or dollars)You can get these from a sporting goods store too.

And that's it!

No fancy equipment, no gadgets, no gizmo's, nothing too expensiveat all.

And, in fact, you don't even have to buy this stuff at all if youREALLY don't want to.

I know what you're thinking... "Just how good can this program be if I don't have to buy a bunch of stuff for it?"

But that's just the fitness 'brainwashing' that most of us have been led to believe at work in your mind.

Good exercise is based upon good principles, not faddy bits of kit or shiny equipment.

Have no fear though, this program WILL deliver outstanding results BECAUSE of it's simplicity and, as long as you simply carry out theprogram the way I'll be describing in the videos, audios and workheets, you'll see an almost immediate change not only in how your body looks, but how it feels too.

So, if you're going to start the program next Friday and you're happy to purchase the items I've described, then get shopping : )That way you'll be ready to go as soon as we launch next week.

If not, no problem, just wait until next week and I'll explain the alternatives.

Til next time!

Dax

P.S - Tomorrow I'll explain a bit more about the results thatprevious and current challenge partipants are getting... you'll beso impressed!

P.P.S - If you've got friend and family who'd enjoy going throughthe chakllenge with you, send 'em over towww.lookgreatnakedchallenge.com/thailand.htm to sign up for theadvance notification list for themselves...

Look Great Naked Challenge Info Pt2

I'm back with another update on the Look Great Naked Challenge Starting Next Friday.

I've had quite a few of my readers ask me "How intensive is the program? I've been inactive for quite a while and don't really think I'm up to a 'hard-core' workout program. Will I be able to handle it?"

The simple answer is 'Yes!'

You see, the program has been created in such a way as to cater for everyone from the beginner, through the intermediate and even to a relativeley advance level of fitness.

In fact, I've had people who were running 30 miles a week and going to Body-Pump classes 3 times a week yet who had reached a plateu, start the program and immediately drop body fat with the workout and nutrition combination I teach during the program.

How do I accomplish this?

Well, it's simple really.

First, I have program participants exercise twice a day.

"Twice a day!?"

Don't panic, it's not as bad as it sounds and, certainly at the start, these training sessions will only take you around 10 minutes each and building up to around 15 minutes or so by the end of the program.

The beauty of this system is that it's fast and doesn't eat into your life too much but there's more to it than that. You see, 2 sessions a day keep your body at a higher metabolic rate and burn far more total calories and fat.

The workouts are really varied too and progress in both complexity and intensity as the program go on, but you'll never have to worry about any of this because you'll be guided as to the right techniques by the videos I'll be sending you as well as the worksheets that you'll be able to print off and follow.

In truth, much of the real 'magic' of the Look Great Naked Challenge is the simplicity, though that shouldn't be confused with being less effective than the more 'traditional' workout programs you may have seen in the past.

It's not.

It's just that, in this case at least, 'simple' means that it's not confusing, it doesn't take a lot of your time and that you'll only need the minimum of of equipment to get the most from it.

Simple or not, the progressive, consistent and varied nature of the workouts will have quite a dramatic effect during the over the course of the program which, after all, is the whole point! : )

Speak soon!

Dax

P.S - Tomorrow I'll tell you about some of the equipment that you may need in order to get the most from the program. (Don't worry, you don't HAVE TO have it and it's inexpensive)

Just a quick update about the Look Great NakedChallenge that's starting next week.

I'm receiving a stack of emails at the moment from people who'rereally inquisitive about the challenge, the format the support, thecost and, well, every conceivable question you could ask about the program : )

I designed it that wayso that it would be easy to follow. After all, if it werecomplicated you'd soon get confused, disheartened and fall off the wagon wouldn't you?

So, it's simple.

Basically, it works this way:

Every single day for 90 days you'll receive an email from me telling what's required of you for that day in terms of diet and exercise and the lifestyle changes you'll need to make in order to get the results you're hoping for.

In that email will be links to exercise videos that I've createde specially for this program and detailing all of the finer pointsof the exercises I'm asking you to perform.

In addition to the follow-along videos, you'll receive printable documents detailing those exact same workouts but in written andpictorial form so that you can learn and use the routines moreeffectively.

As you can see, you'll effectively be receiving personal trainingacross the 90 days as I share with you the exact same principlesand wokouts that I use with my very own clients but you'll have the benefit of being able to do them from your home anywhere in the world and at any time of day.

Best of all world's huh? : )

Stay tuned for tomorrow's message when I'll explain a little more about the actual workouts.
I think you'll be VERY surprised at what I've got in store for you: )

Speak soon!
Dax

P.S - Can't you just picture yourself lying there soaking up thatwonderful Thai sunshine already?
I can! :)

How Do I stay Motivated?

"My biggest concern is how to stay motivated? There are days when
I just don't care. I have to deal with Chronic Clinical Depression
and Situational Depression and am currently taking 4 different
drugs in order to try and stay on an even keel."

Staying motivated is a problem for many people who find that they start, then rapidly stop, practically every diet or exercise plan that they start.

Shame really, because motivation is a pretty simple thing to understand and use once it's explained properly.

It all comes down to 3 things.

1. Need - We're most motivated by things we NEED. For example, hen you need food, water or even air and thoose things are taken away from you, you'll do all you can to get 'em back.

The trouble is, we're rarely in situations where the need is high enough for us to take action.

Most of us have ample food and water and (hopefully) more than enough air to satisfy basic physiological needs and so we tend to use a different value system to drive us on...

2. Desire - Whilst our needs are few, our desires are practically unlimited and this is both a good and a bad thing for those of us struggling with motivation.

It's good because we can literally choose our goals from anything we want and spend our time hoping, wishing and dreaming for them to become a reality.

It's bad because, the more choices we feel are open to us, the less action we tend to take. Paralysis by analysis.

3. Consistency - An action performed over and over soon becomes habituated and because of this, it's far easier for us to perform. Vital with exercise programs and diets, you'll agree, but the trouble is, we rarely get to this as the usual plans are 'moderate' asking for only minor changes to your diet and allowing cheating as a matter of course.

Theis creates duality of habits where you're kind of stuck in limbo, not completely committed to the diet and exercise, but not quite off of it.

The best way to use these three steps is simple.

First, create a list of desires around your health and your physical appearance.

Make them specific and motivating enough that you feel 'ired up' about achieving them.

Second, pick one or two of them and turn them into needs by attaching strong values and visions to making them happen. Think of what it'll be like if you don't reach those goals, what you'll feel like if you have to go on living the way you are now.

Third, make the decision to stay with your plan until it's achieved. No if's, no but's. Your goal WILL be achieved because you're committed to it and that's that.

Fourth, make a list of your most common excuses for dropping out of your diet or exercise plan and answer them in advance whilst you're feeling motivated and upbeat. For example, if a common excuse is "I'm too tired to exercise" you might write 'It's only 10 minutes and I know I'll feel better once I've done it'

Fifth, commit to all or nothing.

No half measures, no cheat days, no 'well just this once' or 'a little won't hurt'. This is the slippery slope that steals your results, your enthusiasm and your happiness.

Stick with it 100% until the goal is achieved and THEN reward yourself. Don't reward 'bad' behaviour or you'll only get more.

How Important Is Calorie Counting In A Fat Loss Plan?

"How important is calorie counting in a fat loss plan? Is it really
a case of calories in versus calories out or is there more to it?"

I'm going to commit nutritional blasphemy here and tell you that calories in vs. calories out is only a small and, relatively, unimportant part of the nutritional equation when it comes to fat loss.

In fact, I don't have ANY of the clients in my company count their calories yet they still manage to burn fat faster than most people.

You see, it's not the calories that truly matter in a diet. If they did, then I could eat 3000 calories a day of dougnuts and expect similar results to 3000 a day of lean chicken breast or even neat Vodka and, clearly, that's not the case at all.

In fact, what is much more important is the nutrient density of the foods we eat and the effect of those nutrients upon our own biochemistry (again, 3000 calories of vodka are going to do very different things to your body than 3000 calories of chicken and green veg aren't they?).

Now, for the naysayers out there who've used points-based diets that allow you 200 calories of chocolate if you wish and still lost weight, let me just clarify what's going on here...

Yes, you may well lose weight as the calorines in/out model has been shown to have a stronger correlation to WEIGHT loss but you're probably not losing much FAT. In fact, you're probably canibalising the most precious metabolic resource you have... muscle!

So...

Calorie control for weight loss? Maybe (Though I personally think not)

Calorie control for fat loss? Hell no!

The best fat loss programs are really simple.

Eat 'clean', train regularly and with as much intensity as you can tolerate, drink lots of water, get to bed by 10.

Easy!

Slow Metabolism?

Readers Questions:

"I have a very slow metabolism, I exercise for 2 hours a day,
1hour weight and 1 hour cardio, I each 75% clean and yet continue
to put on Fat. What is the best way to speed up a slow metabolism?"

Great question... and a very common one too!

It seems that many, many people who 'seem to be doing everything right' still struggle with losing any appreciable amount of bodyfat and even find themselves putting it on faster than they're able to take it off.

I think there are several main aspects to answering this.

First, I think you're probably exercising too much. 2 hours a day of training, albeit when it includes resistance training, is just too much for most people as they lack the correct nutritional and other lifestyle habits to maintain an anabolic environment (the ability to continue to maintain and grow muscle tissue) and so they end up in what's called a catabolic state.

This simply means that your body is breaking down faster than you can build it back up.

When this happens, the body breaks down muscle protein resulting in less muscle mass and slower metabolism.

To maintain an anabolic state you need to do 5 things.

1. Reduce the duration of your training - UP TO one hour is more than enough. In fact, you can get even better results if you drop your training plan to 30-40 minutes.

2. Increase your training intensity - Work harder, lift heavier, allow your self to reach breathlessness more often. The long, slow cardio approach is simply not the best way to go when it comes to fat loss and neither is the typical resistance training session where you do a set, rest for a couple of minutes and then do another.

Work faster.

Spend most of your session alternating on the move and training with higher intensity and you'll notice immediate results.

3. Eat More Protein - To remain in an anabolic state you need far more protein than most people are eating. Shoot for 3-4 servings of protein a day from eggs, fish and meat sources and you'll notice shaplier, firmer and leaner muscles in a very short period of time.

4. 75% Isn't good enough - I know most trainers say that moderation is best but in all honesty, moderation just doesn't cut it. You need to eat clean 100% of the time until you've seen the fat budge and then, and only then, can you afford to slacken off.

It's not what most people want to hear but it's the only 100% guaranteed to see consistent results... and it's not forever!

5. Sleep - If you want to see your fat deposits go down faster than my bank account at Christmas (try having 4 kids!) then get to bed by 10-10.30pm at the latest. Do this and you've got the body's own hormonal and metabolic systems working at full speed to shift the fat deposits you've accumulated.

Do it not and you're actively encouraging extra fat retention.

Fat Loss In Four Minutes??

-----------------------
Fast Fat Loss Workout!

Still on the subject of the cookbook, as I was making the sales of the book this week, I was getting quite a few emails (well over 200 in fact) from people who were asking me for a workout that would work to shift fat fast before the office part silly-season kicks in (seems that many people are worried about fitting into the little black dress or looking good in those tight-fitting dress pants).

Well, I'm not big on 'quick-fix' type of workouts as my systems are really about making lasting change, but so many of you asked and, seeing as you were also the people who'd just bought the cookbook, it seems rude not to oblige.

So here it is. I call it my 4x4 Workout (Actually, I'm just putting the finishing touches on my 4x4 DVD series) and it burns fat like nothing you've ever tried before.
Beware though... it's tough, so don't say I didn't warn you!
It works this way...

Performing 20 seconds of exercise 1
Rest 10 seconds
Performing 20 seconds of exercise 2
Rest 10 seconds
Performing 20 seconds of exercise 1
Rest 10 seconds
Performing 20 seconds of exercise 2
Rest 10 seconds
Performing 20 seconds of exercise 1
Rest 10 seconds
Performing 20 seconds of exercise 2
Rest 10 seconds
Performing 20 seconds of exercise 1
Rest 10 seconds
Performing 20 seconds of exercise 2
Rest 10 seconds

If your math is a little weak, that's just 4 minutes of exercise but boy will you feel it (and boy, will it burn some fat too!).

So here's how you use it and here's how you make it the most effective fat burning routine you've ever used.

Simply put together 4 of these 4 minute workouts a day for a total of 16 minutes of daily exercise.

That's it, you won't need more.

You can build your routine as you like. 2x 4 minutes in the morning and 2x4 in the evening.
All four workouts together (with rest between each 4 minute period) or 4 seperate 4 minute workouts throughout the day.

Put it together however you like.

The beauty of this is that you'll only ever be working out for 16 minutes a day, yet getting all the benefits of going to the gym for a full hour or more.

Don't believe me?

Give it a try for 1 week and use it alongside the elimination diet and I guarantee you'll see the fat start to melt off.

What exercises?

Any really, exercises that use more muscle work best for example...
I'll be sending you some more workout samples later in the week.

(Note: The 4x4 workout is just one part of the Look Great Naked Challenge )

Elimination Diet Cookbook Is A Hit!

Elimination Diet Cookbook A Hit!

It's true!

I uploaded the cookbook into cyberspace at 11:35pm on Tuesday night and when I woke up at 6.00 on Wednesday I'd already sold 250 and went on to sell another 500 during the rest of the week.

Not bad considering that it's not really on sale until Jan 1st and that I only sent 1 email to my private list. Seems that it was long overdue!

The funny thing is, it was the book I was never going to write, I'd assumed (mistakenly as it now transpires) that people would rather create their own meals but it seems that it's been the meal creation side of things that has caused the greatest stumbling block for most people who take on the diet.

Well, no more!

With over 100 recipes and 10 more being added to the book every month for a year, you'll NEVER run out of ideas again.

I'm not peddling it to you, but if you want to get a copy of the cookbook for £12.99 before it goes on sale on Jan 1 at £17.99 then pop on over tohttp://www.daxmoy-pts.co.uk/eliminationcookbook.asp and grab it now, but please don't tell too many people about it just yet as I'm only telling my private list and don't want it over-sold before it goes official on the 1st.

WATER OR COKE?

I just got an email from my good friend Nicky Seghal over at www.bodyfitnesscoach.co.uk and thought that my readers might benefit from knowing a little about their favourite fizzy drink.

Just do the comparisons...

WATER

1. 75% of the UK population are chronically dehydrated. (Likely applies to half world population.)

2. In 37% of all the UK population, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.

3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.

4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.

5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.

8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50%less likely to develop bladder cancer. Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?

COKE

1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days.

3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.

4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.

5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.

7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.

8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:

1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis.

2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the Hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.

3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years!

Still want a coke?

Why Grow Old?

Why is it that so many people dread getting older?

I mean, what is it that causes sensible, mature, educated people to burst into tears or go thorough 'mid-life' crises at the very mention of their fortieth birthday?

It's weird, isn't it? After all, getting older is a natural part of life.

After working with thousands of people from all walks of life, I can reveal this: it's not the actual calendar years that cause people stress and concern, it's what those years do to your body, your face and your appearance.

Not much of a revelation, I agree, but nonetheless it's true.

In fact, if it wasn't for the visible signs of ageing that build up over the years, most people wouldn't give a damn about how many candles they have on their birthday cake at all.

The trouble is, we're all brainwashed from quite an early age about what it means to grow older. We're told 'you're not getting any younger y'know!' or 'you really should be slowing down and taking it a bit easier at your age' or 'you shouldn't expect to achieve as much as you did when you were younger'.

Look, let's get something straight, once and for all.

Despite what you've been told by doctors, physios and so-called fitness 'experts' over the years, you do not automatically enter into a downward spiral of performance and appearance as you age.

Physical degeneration is not an inevitable part of the ageing process.

In fact, you can and should be able to not only maintain but also improve your physical abilities across the course of your lifetime. You can be fitter in your forties, fifties, sixties and even seventies than you are/were in your twenties and thirties.

Don't believe me?

Just look at the likes of long-distance runner and adventure racer Helen Klein. She took up jogging at 55, and progressed to complete over 75 marathons and 100 ultra-distance marathons (these are races over 100 miles in length) during a career that went on well into her mid-seventies.

What about Professor Art De Vany, author of soon-to-be-published Evolutionary Fitness? He rides mountain bikes and dirt bikes competitively (in open competition), trains rigorously on a daily basis and has an amazingly muscular and firm physique with only 8% bodyfat. He's 68!

These aren't isolated cases, though, sadly, they are quite rare... though they needn't be!

Any day of the week you could begin the process of building the better, fitter, faster, firmer, stronger, leaner you and start to benefit from the amazing energy and vitality that's available to you at every moment of your life, regardless of age.

But first, I need you to understand something.

These improvements do not come from some new fad fitness programme.

They don't come from the latest diet.

They don't come from those fancy gizmos, gadgets or wonder pills.

They come from good, old-fashioned, honest-to-goodness effort.

(This is where I lose half of my readers! : ) )

Just follow my seven-point plan and get the most out ofyour body regardless of your age.

1. Engage in challenging exercise every day. Look, three times a week just doesn't cut it when it comes to maintaining or improving your physical self. The human body is a movement machine, so move it or lose it.

2. Use strength-based exercises at least three times a week where you challenge the muscles and joints and load the bones. With over 600 muscles in the human body, it just doesn't make sense to train the way most people do by isolating different muscles and blasting them to death. Instead, use my 600 rule and try to find exercises that use as many muscles as you possibly can. My Integrated Movement Training page here on handbag will give you a great workout.

3. Drink fresh, clean water every day. You need around a litre for every 50lbs of body weight in order to maintain a decent hydration level. Less than this and your organs, your skin, your muscles and even your brain cease to operate effectively.

4. Avoid all processed food. Another name for processed food is 'denatured' food. In other words, all of the nature has been removed from it in order to make it last longer on the shelves. Do you really want to eat something without any 'nature' in it? Only you can decide that, but I tell you this: foods with colourings, flavourings and numbers instead of ingredients will more likely end your life early than extend it. Opt instead for fresh produce, ensuring that 80% of what you eat comes from fresh (ideally organic) sources.

5. Eat less. People eat too much. Enough said.

6. Sleep more. The human body requires sleep of both great quality and quantity. Getting eight hours a night is a good start, but not enough. To truly benefit from your sleep, try to get your sleep patterns worked out so that you are asleep between the hours of 10pm and 2am to make the most of your body's hormonal repair processes. The hours 2am to 6am are important to countering stress. In other words, all sleep is not the same. The timing is important too.

7. Relax more. Yep, I know I said to move more, but I also want you to relax more too. That doesn't mean watch more TV. Read a book, listen to music, take a massage or acupuncture, take more holidays, add variety to your weekends. Studies show that people who are more aware of the need for a balance between activity and constructive relaxation live longer, are less stressed and achieve more.

Well, there you go.

My guide to looking and performing better as you age.

It may not be what you were expecting.

In fact, many of you are probably thinking, 'Yeah, but I know all that already, where's the new stuff?'

Sorry, not this time!

There's nothing faddy, or hi-tech about this approach. It just works.

My challenge to you is to take everything I've just told you and use it for 30 days in its entirety. Don't skip a thing. If you do, I GUARANTEE that no matter what your current age or physical condition is, you'll look, feel and perform better than you have in years.

If you want a more structured system of applying these reules, then go to www.lookgreatnakedchallenge.com

Sugar... it 'aint as sweet as you think!

I've been getting lots of emails from my readers asking me how serious I am about cutting sugar out from their diets.

"Can't I cut down rather than give it up entirely?"

"I LOVE my sugar! Can't I just have it in my first tea or coffee of the day?"

When first asked from a position of 'all things in moderation' it sounds absolutely fine that cutting down rather than cutting out should be ok.

So why am I such an anti-sugar activist during the elimination diet?

Well, for a start, sugar is responsible for increased fat storage, the very opposite of what you're trying to achieve on the elimination diet.

It does this by overstimulating insulin which commands triglycerides (fat) to move in and take up residence in your fat cells.

This is the last thing you want.

Essentially, it takes you from a fat-burning mode into a fat-storing mode.

Not really what you want is it?

But it doesn't stop there!

In her amazing report, Dr Nancy Appleton revealed that sugar is far
more harmful than most of us would ever realise:

- It increases LDL
(the BAD cholesterol)
- It decreses HDL
(the GOOD Choloesterol)
- It suppresses immune system function
- It can cause hypoglycemia
- It can cause insulin sensitivity
- It can cause food allergies
- It cn rob your body of vital minerals
- It has been linked to numerous
cancers
And much more besides!

Look, I'm not much into scaremongering or fright tactics to get people to comply. I'd much rather they were educated into making the right choices for their health, but seriously, sugar is bad news.

That's why I cut it from the elimination diet.

You see, once you've cut it and then try to put it back (if you even want to) you tend to see the power it has.

Until then, well, you're still an addict that says 'it's not that bad' or 'if it were that bad then people would do something about it'

Like they do about cigarettes?

Like they do about alcohol?

Pollution?

Look, we know lots of bad things are out there and we, as grown ups
make our own decisions about what they mean to us.

But I just want to be honest with you so that you are making choices from a position of strength rather than that of an addict.
So if you want the very best results from the next 30 days then you
simply must drop sugar from your diet.

That means:

STOP ingesting glucose, sucrose, fructose, maltose, dextrose and
all the other 'ose'

STOP drinking alcohol (serious sugar!!!!!!!!!!)

STOP refined carbs like pasta, bread, cookies etc

STOP hidden 'ose's' like breakfast cereals, ready roast chickens, sandwich meats etc

REDUCE complex carbs like rice, potatoes

INCREASE fibrous carbs like asparagus, artichokesm brooccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, celery, cabbage, onions, leeks, etc
For the remainder of your elimination diet, please, please, please keep sugar at arms length.

It WILL be hard, I'm not denying that but it WILL be worth it.

To put it as plain and simply as I can, I just can't guarantee your results if you don't.

It's THAT important!

Go for it!

How To Set Fitness Goals

We’ve all heard the old proverb ‘a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step’ right?

The moral is that in order to achieve anything in life we have to take some small action toward making it happen.

Seems like sound and logical advice on the most part, but a word of caution.

That one small step could be all it takes to ensure the failure of all of your health and fitness efforts.

Especially if that step is in the wrong direction!

You see, most new and returning exercisers set out with good intentions and a list of ‘wishes’ without ever giving a thought to planning or setting realistic goals.

They simply join a gym and begin a diet with the intention of ‘getting fit’ or ‘losing weight’ and then feel disillusioned a couple of months later when neither result is achieved.

This sets in place a vicious cycle of failure where negative results create negative thoughts and feelings which, in turn, perpetuate the negative results.

And on, and on and on…

If you really want to see some real success and actually achieve your goals for a change, then follow these 4 simple steps:

Define your aim – Merely stating that you wish to ‘lose weight’ or ‘get fit’ is of little value when setting your health and fitness goals. These definitions are far too broad and are relatively meaningless and as such hold very little power to motivate us.

Instead you need to define what these terms mean.

Is getting fit running a mile?

Completing the marathon?

Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro?

Does losing weight involve losing 15lbs of total weight or 10lbs of body-fat?

Can you see the difference in the approach?

In the first instance we are merely ‘getting fit’ whereas in the second we are completing the marathon. This creates a situation where we now have a specific target to aim at along with an actual measure from which we can ascertain our current level of success.

If you want to stay motivated and on track then stating your specific aim is the best way to assure your success.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE THIS YEAR?

Define your purpose – Whilst many people have found some level of success with the first step, there are still many who set their goals specifically and yet still fail to achieve them.

Invariably, when assessing why success was not forthcoming there always seems to be the feeling that the goal was not worth the effort required to achieve it. For this reason it is important to determine from the outset ‘WHY am I doing this thing?’

You see, without this sense of purpose there will always be a lack of passion or compelling reasons to stay with the goal when the going gets tough.

Conversely, those people who exhibit a great sense of purpose are always more willing to find a way when the odds are stacked against them. The difference is passion!

WHY DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE THIS? (What makes it so important to you?)

Define the territory and plan the route – Even if you know where you want to get to and why you want to get there, it’s still a good idea to plan HOW you’re going to achieve the goal.

This is somewhat like planning a route on a map.

You may well be able to locate the destination on the map, but if you don’t know where you’re starting from you’ll never know which turns to take in order to get there and so you’ll be more likely to get lost along the way.

In terms of health and fitness, it’s a good idea to find out where you’re starting from by taking measurements, photographs and maybe testing your fitness with a run, some pushups or some other test relevant to the goal.

This will enable you to determine where you are relative to the end goal and allow you to plan the following weeks and months of training accordingly. In addition, you’ll be able to perform these tests at 4-6 week periods to find out how well you’re doing and adapt your approach if it’s not working.

WHERE ARE YOU IN RELATION TO THE GOAL? What do you need to do in order to get from where you are now to your final destination?

Take massive and consistent action – Even when all of the above steps are completed, it’s all for nothing if you fail to do anything to actually make progress toward your goal. You have to DO SOMETHING! And the bigger the better!

You see, sometimes it’s the small things that stop you from achieving the big things in life. Small things like habits exert an immense influence upon our lives and create a ‘gravitational pull’ every time we try to break free of them.

For this reason it’s often a good idea to smash a habit by taking massive action at the start of your new health and fitness ‘habit’. Don’t just ‘start a diet’, change your lifestyle!

But we all know that large actions aren’t always sustainable don’t we?

This is where consistency becomes important. It’s the ‘little things’ that we do everyday that determine our success in any endeavour and so our efforts need to focus on doing the right little things everyday.

For example, a single workout will produced few if any gains in muscle tone or fitness, but perform that same workout on a regular basis and you create a powerful habit that will practically guarantee your health and fitness success. This is the power of the little things!

WHAT MASSIVE ACTION ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE?

WHAT LITTLE THING CAN YOU DO EVERY DAY?

Need More Calcium?

One of the criticisms of the elimination diet in the past has been that the lack of Dairy potentially means a shortfall in calcium uptake, especially of concern to those with osteoporosis or who're pregnant or lactating.

But this is not the case at all!

Calcium is abundant and present in many foods.

For Instance:

Spinach
Turnip greens
Mustard greens
Collard greens
Blackstrap molasses
Swiss chard
Yogurt
Kale
Mozzarella cheese
Milk (goat's milk and cow's milk)
Basil, thyme, dill seed, cinnamon, and peppermint leaves
Romaine lettuce
Rhubarb
Celery
Broccoli
Sesame seeds
Fennel
Cabbage
Summer squash
Green beans
Garlic
Tofu
Brussel sprouts
Oranges
Asparagus
Crimini mushrooms

So there's a lot of choice!

Don't forget though, to properly absorb calcium from your foods you need a good supply of vitamin D in your diet (best sources are in fish and eggs and natural sunlight)!
