London Coach. Pre Ski Season Conditioning Training - anecdote

I had an interesting chat with my client who is undergoing my Pre Ski Season Conditioning

Training program. for the last 2 weeks I had been working her quite hard. she was getting

stronger and faster in her workouts, which is great. We were well on schedule for her holiday.

One area in which she was getting slightly demotivated was in her weight loss. She wanted to

lose enough weight to fit intro her new Ski pants.
