London Personal Trainer / Cold Cure or more? Vitamin C
It’s that time of year... the common cold is far too common. Last year I didn’t even get a sniff (pardon the pun) of a cold, yet I was exposed to so many with clients, colleagues and friends. One of the reasons I can probably thank for that is my Vitamin C intake. When presented with cold symptoms, a lot of people start to dose them-selves with Vitamin C, but that’s a bit like the old analogy of bolting the stable door when the horse has already bolted. It is poor levels of Vitamin C
