I drank a pint of water last night before bed and then 1 pint this morning. Had plain omelett & natural yoghurt from breakfast. Snack on nuts and raisens. Lunch mixed vege & jacket potato. More water throughout day. Tea - rice noodles & stir fry vege. Banana. more water & a hot bath - any excuse.

This morning I had a Banana and Spinach Smoothie. Later on in the day I had a 6 oz baggie of red grapes. For lunch I went to a buffet and had the collard greens, cooked brocolli, mushrooms, green beans and a little cabbage. I've already had two 12 ounces glasses of steam distilled water and plan to have 2 more before bed. If I eat anything else it will be before 6:30 p.m. and then it will probably be a few oven roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables.

Dax, if I didn't already mention it, I need this diet to get back on track with my health and fitness goals for life. I can stand to lose 10-20 pounds.

I am a vegetarian but not as strict as I use to be. I believe the 30 days will help me reach my goal and to get me back on track where I need to be.
