Human Fat Loss Guinea Pigs Wanted! Lose 30lbs In 30 Days

Yeah, I know the term 'guinea-pig' isn't too flattering but hey, you know what I mean, right?

Here's the deal!

I'm just putting the finishing touches on a special new fat loss program that I've been working hard behind the scenes to create for a while now.

The program is aimed at RAPID fat loss and will involve 30 days of intensive exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching where I'll be taking my chosen subjects through step-by-step 'how to' processes that will literally convert them into fat-burning furnaces of the most amazing kind.

If that's just set your hype alarms off then chill...

I'm not SELLING anything... yet! : )

I'm looking for 2 sets of guinea pigs to go through the program for FREE as my... guests (you won't feel like a guest when you go through it).

One set of 12 people will be chosen for my online group and a set of 6 will be chosen to work with myself and my team at my Islington, London studios

The chosen few in each group will be told absolutely everything they need to know to accomplish... wait for it...

...30lbs In 30 Days!

Now, before you start telling me that it can't be done or it's 'unsafe', let me tell you that it CAN be done (I've helped numerous people achieve this over the years) and it IS safe (rapid weight loss is fine as long as macro and micronutrient levels are maintained at a level that supports health and that no dehydration methods are employed in order to achieve the loss).

And look, I'm not some exercise and nutrition extremist anyway, my approach is based upon healthy practices and, whilst aspects of the program will be intense, they're not going to ask people do starve themselves (or even count calories) and they won't require marathon training sessions of any kind (1 hour a day is hardly 'extreme', is it?)

So here's what I'm looking for...

==> I'm looking for men and women who are SERIOUS, as in 100% absolutely, definitely, without a doubt committed to losing 30lbs in the next 30 days

==> I'm looking for people who will start the program, follow ALL advice exactly as given FINISH the program to completion rather than doing it 'kinda, sorta, maybe' and then dropping out before it's over.

==> I'm looking for people that are ready, willing and able to blog their daily journey with me (including before, during and after pictures) and who will allow me permission to use their testimonials and pictures in future promotional material related to the program

==> I'm looking for people who are sick and tired of the way they look and feel and are in that 'place' where this is a must for them.

==> I'm looking for people who have access to resistance equipment or a gym, or who are prepared to purchase it by Sunday 21st June when the program starts.

If you're one of these people then you MAY qualify for one of my 12 online places.

In addition, if you want to work with me and my team in Islington, London then you need to be willing to do the following:

==> Attend AT LEAST 4 training sessions a week in Islington and carry out 'homework' as directed on the other days.

That's it!

Pretty simple, right?

Or, at least, it's simple if you're a seriously committed individual who absolutely, definitely want to achieve this in 30 days.

If it all sounds too much for you then you don't really need to read on, the program clearly isn't for you.

"Why's Dax Doing this?"

It should be obvious, but in the interests of transparency I'll spell it out.

I'm looking for walking, talking advertisements for the power and effectiveness of this new program and I'm willing to forgo payment to get them.

The way I figure it is this; people are sceptical. They don't really believe that results like this are possible so, if I were to just start selling the program on a website today, even though it works, I'd probably sell a handful only, as people wouldn't believe it was possible.

However...

At the end of this 30 day program I'm going to have 18 people demonstrating the absolute proof of my claims to anyone who'll listen. And it'll be in 'real time' too. None of those photoshopped before and after pictures that show miracle transformations (including fake tan and sucking tummies in).

Once my readers see the results for themselves I'll have no problem whatsoever selling the program. I guarantee it.

So THAT's my reason. It's up front for everyone to see. Nothing hidden.

Still Interested?

If you're still interested, here's what you need to do...

Use the comments section of this blog to tell my why YOU should be given one of these valuable places (They ARE valuable too. Working 1:1 with my costs £150 an hour!).

Go ahead and 'sell' yourself into the program by telling me absolutely anything and everything you think I need to know in order to make up my mind abut giving you a place.

My team and I will personally choose the 18 lucky winners.

I'll be announcing the chosen places at midnight on Thursday, so there's no time to hang about.

If you want in and you're SERIOUS (Did I mention that already?) then leave your message in the comments area below.

Speak soon!

I know I could lose 20...not sure about 30. 20 and I would be ripped. I'll follow your program, get ripped and be your best testimonial by far so you can sell this program like crazy. You need me.

I hope you honor me by choosing me for this program because I will likely reveal a six pack when I lose these 30 last pounds of fat.

I am 5'8" 198 lbs and am down from an all time high a few years ago of 265. I have plateaued for various reasons over the last 3 months. I am clearly focused and committed to achieving a six pack abs.

You should also pick me because I am willing to pay it forward by helping others to learn the principles for successful fat loss.

I have been reading your blog posts and articles for a while now, and know that you put your money where your mouth is when it comes to setting and acheiving audacious but acheivable goals.

I hope to be a part of this journey with you. I won't dissapoint you.

I'd love to know more! I'm really, really struggling to shift the weight, have plenty to lose, but find it hard to get motivated as we have silly amounts of high fat/calorie food in the house due to our youngest son being on a high fat/calorie/salt diet (he has CF). I'd be interested in joining the online team, provided I can find everything I need readily (hence needing to know more).
30lbs would get me well on my way and seeing a difference that quickly I'm sure I'd be motivated to keep going for the last 20lbs or so. I'd love to get back into a swimming costume by the time we go on our hols too!

I read the introduction to this programme with great interest. I would love to be one of your lucky few selected to try this programme and would follow each instrion to the letter for sure to achieve such results. If I loose 30 pounds in 30 days I would look the best I have ever looked in my entire life and would have so mush enthusiasm and desire to obtain that target. Definitely would record each session and feelings of each session along the way for all to follow.
If your programme achieves the results promised I will be shouting and advertising it from the roof tops for all for you

I want to lose 30 pounds to prove to myself and to my wife and two daughters that living healthy is a much better alternative to our way of living. I want to have many more years with my 7 and 9 year old girls and with my wife of 10 years. I want to do this and help others that are skeptical or just don't know what to do and can't afford to pay someone to show them. Most importantly, I want to be a better person, in attitude, in spirit, in health, in all!

Hi Dax,

I would *love* to be part of this program. It comes at a great time for me, when I can guarantee 110% commitment of my time (i'm between jobs and so the fact that it's free really helps me too!). I usually have a very hectic lifestyle (as a club/festival promoter) and the highlight of my working calendar is just 6 weeks away - the festival I program...Not only are an awful lot of the music industry going to be there, but also friends and various ex's. Although I'm 100% doing this for me, I can't say I wouldn't enjoy turning up and feeling confident about myself (we have an underwater disco in the pool!). I would be so grateful for the chance to work towards this with someone who has the expertise to help me and has already helped others - it's a once in a lifetime opportunity. I think I would be a good support to other members of the group and god only knows I like a challenge ;-). And yes, i'd be singing it from the rooftops if it works.
Yours hopefully,

Tamsin

I started the year weighing 326 lbs. My wife and i did The Elimination Diet for 1 month. I lost about 20 pounds , she lost the same number of pounds. I need to get down to to 230-240 lbs. I have been flucuating since February without being even to break the 300 lb. mark. I work out 3-4 x a week. I have very bad knees do the the excess wt. so I generally spend 45 minutes on the ellyptical machine at a fairly brisk pace. I have had very little upper body work out (I use the arm bars on the ellyptical). I should also mention that I am 52 years old and I am 6'7", which allows me to handle a little excess weight but not that much. I believe if I can break the 300 lb. mark, I may be able to continue to see my way to reaching my ultimate goal.

Hi Dax,

I'm in 100% if you pick me. I decided to finally lose the fat that holds to my body. I want to be in top shape at the beginning of August when I'll take my 2 years old daughter to the beach on vacation for the first time.

I just set myself a new blog, and that we be a great chance to start it of. And it's very appropriately called: Lose Fat Fast How To. http://www.losefatfasthowto.com

I'll go for the online group, as I live in Romania.

All the best,

Hi my name is Cynthia and I am over weight. I weigh 184 pounds. This weight just slowly crept up after I turned 35 at which time I was finishing my MA in archaeology. The problem was I was sitting in front of the computer and for breaks I would hit the fridge. From 125-130 (at 5"5") it went to 150 and now 184. I have completed my degree and I am currently working as an archaeologist. Now I am 41 and I want to be my fit old self again. I walk alot as I do alot of surface surveying and I want to keep this up. I used to always be in shape from racing road bikes to running . . . I was also involved in something active. I am currently in a eight week boot camp and I am in my 4th week. I have a goal to run a half marathon at the end of Sept and need to pick up the pace a bit. I am not seeing alot of results and I know my nutrition is a problem. I am ready and committed to lose this weight once and for all. I also belly dance and teach belly dance. I want to be a good role model for my students and would love to fit into my old gorgeous costumes again!! Thanks

Hi Dax,

I have been following your blog and website for the past few months in the U.S. and have learned quite a bit. I am a single mother of two, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 205 pounds. Like many, I have a very hectic schedule, but I am committed to living a healthier and more fulfilled life. Over the past few months I have dropped weight gradually by walking and eating clean, but I could stand to kick it up a notch. I have joined my local gym to begin some strength training and I would love to embark on this journey by being a part of your program. I am determined and motivated and I would be an excellent spokesperson for your program. Thank you for taking the time to consider me and I hope to hear from you soon.

Dax, thanks for the email and the offer to participate in your lose 30 lbs in 30 days program.

You asked me to sell myself on why I would be a good participantin your program. I could give you the textbook answer, but the reality is that I am 39 y/o, 6'2'' 280lbs. If I continue to live at this weight, I won't see my son graduate college, so my motivation is simple. I want to live a long healthy life, but I need a jump start to get me going.

I've lost 30-40lbs in the past, but have never been able to effectively keep it off. Because I have shown the ability and commitment previously, I know I can do it in your program. Whatever you need for me to participate and cooperate, I am in.

I hope to make the cut. Thanks again for considering me and I look forward to being your BEST candidate.

I religiously followed your elimination diet for 30 days last fall and did quite well, all the while training for a marathon March 1st. I completed the marathon but hurt my knee afterwards and can't run. But I can do anything else except stairclimber and eliptical. Dr. says I have muscle imbalance - quads too developed, hamstrings, calves not enough - and those machines just make quads bigger. I go to the gym 3x a week, speed walk 5 miles and work on core 3x a week. I gained back 6 pounds in the last 3 months and am miserable without running in my life. I need a new goal. I have been considering totally switching things up, so maybe the timing is right with your email today. I am 5'4", weigh 156 pounds and want to weigh 130, but would take 126 if forced :-)

Hi Dax, I'm just the person you are looking for! I competed in a bodybuilding competition about 2 years ago and I was diligent about the diet and training, which was intense to say the least. So why am I here now you may ask? Well, I have fallen off the wagon so to speak and have been looking for a reason to get back on it and I think fate has brought me here. I will follow your plan to the letter and I know I will succeed because I fully believe in you and your training methods. I hope you believe in me as much as I believe in you - I promise I will not let you down, so please pick me!!

I'm a 42 year single mother of two teenagers and a kindergarten teacher. Sounds normal right? So many women out there just like me who have noticed the pounds creeping on since hitting the big four 0. I've worked out all my life and love it but I need something to change - this could be it and I could be your "every woman" real life testimonial!!!

I would love to be your guinea-pig, Dax! I am already working out, and I am eating fairly well, but I think I need someone who is willing to kick my butt to help me reach my goals.

I would definitely be able to work out one hour per day, and I would follow all of your advice! And I would LOVE to see myself in 30 days - 30 pounds lighter!

So, I really think you should choose me, I will blog and share my success story, and I will gladly share before, during and after photos.

I am one of your international followers, I live in Switzerland, so I think it would also be good for you to show that you can help people who don't live in the UK, or in a mostly English-speaking country.

It must be luck (or fate) that 30 lbs is exactly what I want and need to lose. I've tried many other programs that just had the exercise portion or just the nutrition portion but none that have had all three components as you describe: intense exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of myself...it's time for a change! I know the biggest battle I have is with myself and it's time for that to stop. I know that I can accomplish this with your help Dax! I'm already a fan of yours and recommend your blog whenever I can. Please help me become your best walking testimonial.

Hi Max,

My name is Theresa. I am a heavy woman who has dealt with being overweight and has used more diets than I can count during my entire life. As long as I can remember, I have been teased about being heavy and remember vividly one hurtful comment in high school about having a "spare tire" hanging over my jeans!!! After I got married, I gained an enormous amount of weight due to being in a loveless relationship with a man who also verbally abused me. So you can well imagine I understand how emotions can lead you to a life of unhealthy eating and weight gain. I also understand the incredible amount of work that is involved to lose weight. I have already achieved a considerable weight loss on my own over the past six years dropping my weight from 248 pounds to 178 pounds;
Doug: but I will admit, I truly need help to lose the last 30 or so pounds. I have a lot of belly fat from stress and just cannot seem to find the right program to burn this away and based on what you have written in your offer this might be the right program for me to burn off this inner tube around my middle. I have the desire and the persistence needed, and as noted above I am committed, not afraid to work hard, and have already lost a considerable amount of weight on my own by exercising and eating right. I honestly believe that with your direction and help I can achieve my life long goal to wear a bikini!!! My lifetime of being a heavy person and has always caused me to be ashamed to wear a bathing suit in public! I would really love to be able to show off a sculpted mid-section.
Doug: Additionally, I know I would make a great spokesperson for you as I am educated and not afraid to speak in public. I have a bubble personality, lots of enthusiasm, absolutely love life and am sure my story would be inspirational to those who hear me speak about you and your program!! I really would love the opportunity to be one of your online guinea pigs and succeed with your help to wear a bikini for the first time in my life. In return I would be a positive role model to others around the world promoting your program and the idea that a never-say-die attitude can help them achieve their personal fitness goals too. Furthermore, I do have a current passport and am willing to travel around the world to promote your program !!

Hi Dax,
My husband and I would both love to lose 30lbs. He has a mild form of cystic fibrosis and has been told by his lung specialist that he must lose weight and work out 6 times a week. We recently tried to get pregnant via IVF (unsuccessfully) and as a result of taking the fertility meds I am up another 10 pounds. I think you could use a husband-wife duo to inspire other husbands and wives to get in shape together. We will do whatever you say and happily blog our progress!

HI Dax

I'd love to lose 30 lbs, but I'm not sure it's possible. I DARE you to try. I'm very fit, a black belt in Karate for many years, workout every day at something. I teach kickboxing, karate and self-defence to woman, some of whom could be my kids and grandkids. Oh, forgot to mention, I'll be 55 in September. I hover around 160 lbs. (5'6") If I turned into lean Stephanie, our dojo's hundreds of members would fight each other for the chance to buy your program. I'd be a great ad for the product. I', in toronto Canada, so would have to be an online guinea pig.

Hi Dax- I would love to be considered for your program. I too am a personal trainer and often dont practice what I preach in regards to nutrition. Sure I could lose 30 lbs, I am 6 feet and 230 right now and would love to clock in at 200 lbs in 30 days. I have all the tools and equipment to succeed but lack the proper mindset and motivation to stick to a program. I am a process person and do well with do this here do that there etc. I feel with your program I know I would succeed and be able to provide you with excellant pics as well as a well thought out, honest and effective testimonial for your program. Look forward to working with you!

I know I need to lose weight. I've been working with a personal trainer and have actually gained a few pounds. Obviously this isn't working. I need help! I need/want to do this the right way but am not sure what that is. I'm 40-something and want to look better on my next birthday than I did 20 years ago.

Hi Dax:

I was pointed in your direction by Charlie Wall - thanks Charlie! Yes, yes, YES, YES - I want to be your walking billbaord. I definitely want to lose 30 lbs in 30 days and I will do exactly everything that you tell me to do (within reason) for those 30 days to achieve this result!!

You may know, I had great results with Jon le Tocq's program (I lost 9lbs in 6 weeks), but then I moved on to something else, but clearly it is not working for me and you've got my attention, big time!

I know people who have had much success with your Elimination diet and I would be thrilled if you would pick me to be one of you online guinea pigs. I don't care - you CAN call me a pig!!

Please pick this 41-year-old flabby (166lb) girl so she can be down to 136lbs (my goal) buy the time she vacations in Vegas in September! You should know, I was diagnosed hypothyroid back in 2002, so I have my doubts, but you could use me to prove it is possible for ANYONE!!

Oh, and by the way - I AM serious! VERY SERIOUS!!!!

Thanks for your consideration!!

Hey Dax
I am 5ft 3" and currently weigh 149lbs - I know that 119lbs will look 100% better.
I know that I can do it as I have been that weight before, although I didnt lose it in 30 days more like 6 months! I have full acccess to a gym and equipment at home too!
I am totally committed to getting my body back and a better version than I had before too with your help.
I have looked at many transformation contests before and always been a little wary but would jump at the chance of taking on something from a trainer that I trust and have total faith in.
I know you get results, I want those results.
I want ME back, I want my confidence back, I want my self esteem back and I want to wear my wardrobe full of clothes too!
I want to look not good but fantastic in my bikini THIS summer not next summer.
I dont know what will make you choose from the many great responses but I will match your guarantee of results with my guarantee of determination, motivation and success!

Dax, ok I can start by telling you I'm already one testimonial of what your program can do.
Just by having done the elimination diet for 30 days, I've lost more inches than for the past 6 years! Having chosen to change my habits and going for it full throtle has given me a streghth I didn't know I had.
So, you ask me if I have the courage to go through another 30 days? Hell yeah!

I reached a point where feeling good about myself and having the power to choose what goes inside my mouth is all the streghth I need.
Because of you, I started a greens garden at home, involving the kids, meat is onlyu seen at my table one day per week and I've given up on milk, good thing to, 'cause it was making me sick!

And there's another plus on my being a part of your group... you see, I'm back here in Portugal and people around me are starting to ask where did I go to get so fitter... and I tell them about your ellimination diet and your workouts and how you've changes my life! So, if you want to tell the world, I guess I would be an excellent choice, one that would work 100% to show that your program really, really works!

p.s. - you're not planning on sticking needles to me, are you? or any other guinea pig stuff...?

read from you soon, I hope...

Hey,

Thanks for the exciting email!

Basically I'm an absolute pudding weighing around 15stone. Not great for a 23 year old! I've had huge problems in the past with health but am now at a point where I want to be fit and healthy for life.

I've tried before but I lack the willpower on my own and have always fancied a "military" style regime that I can really be strict with. However, this does seem to tick your box as I have the gear, just no idea!

I'm also motivated to change my life as I start a new job on Monday and a fit body will lead to a fit mind. I really feel like this would be a "rest of my life" moment!! :oD

Thanks,

I have been on a fat loss journey since the beginning of March of this year. This follows years and years of gaining and losing weight but never being comfortable with my body or my fitness level, of being highly stressed, of an "all or nothing" approach to eating and exercie. I've lost 24 lbs since March by completely changing my eating habits and training very hard and consistently. I now need to lose a further 30lbs to reach my goal. Whislt I've seen a steady loss of 2lbs per week so far, I seemed to have reached a plateau below which I don't seem to be able to get! So the timing to trial your program couldn't be better.

From a personal perspective, I will be moving back to UK in August after being overseas for 1 year and I am determined to return home having gone through a big transformation. My concern though is not all about the actual weight loss or the loss of inches - it is about making this a part of my ongoing lifestyle. So far, I believe I have achieved this by a lot of determination and some hard, hard working out. I now need to take this to the next level and also make sure I have made the transformation from a holistic perspective. I am very interested in working with your theories on fat burning and understanding how to more efficiently reach my goal and build them into my way of life.

I am very committed to making this happen, I have the time and resources to really focus on this and therefore hope that you will choose me to participate in your programme. I'm intrigued to know more:)

Hi Dax!!!! I'm 43, 5'8" and WHEN I lose 30 pounds I will be an excellent before/after photo for you! I look chunky and thick right now and 30 pounds lighter I will be a great pic!~!! Most importantly if I am chosen I will know I am doing this for me but also with a responsibility to YOU and for better or worse, that makes me stick to it even better. I will not let someone else down. I live in California :-)

Hey Dax,
I would be very interested in doing your program. I live in London and I am an American going to grad school here. I have experience with exercise programs in the past and I am a member of a gym (two actually!). I currently work out a few days a week but haven't been seeing a lot of progress. I am 181cm and somewhere around 185 lbs. In other words, I probably don't need to lose 30 lbs. However, I could definitely use to lose in the 15-20 lbs range. I would love to work with a highly esteemed trainer and I think that the extra motivation that working directly with a personal trainer provides will be just the ticket. Thanks for considering me for your in-Islington group.

I am so ready for a lifestyle change. I know that I can do this with Dax's help. I am ready to get my body back in shape. I am 58 years old and employeed full time.I am newly single and ready to have the best time of my life. I feel healthy but stress eating and lack of exercise while holding down 2 jobs has gotten the best of me. I need the percise direction to begin this journey to take my life back and Dax is just the person to do that. I don't mind being called a guinea pig I just don't want to be called fat, overweight, chubby, or fluffy. I see the vision of a slim me out there and need help in finding the way to step into that picture. I am ready for the challenge to be my best.

Can you really help me? My weight has been up and down so many times. I need something that makes me feel healthy on the inside too. I work full time, have four children and a dog. Is this really for me? And I want a permanent, whole lifestyle change. Is this only for people with hours free every day? If you can fit in with with a busy mum count me well and truly 100% in.

I am a 32 year old father of 2 young girls in Oakville Ontario Canada. Exercise has been a lifelong pursuit for me but despite my best efforts, my food habits seem to always outweigh my workouts.
I'm afraid I can't afford the time or cost of a gym membership, let alone personal training. I work in an emergency homeless youth shelter (good work, lousy pay).
I do have a set of 40 lb and 20lb d-bells, a door - pull up bar, swiss ball, jump rope, a heavy bag and a path to run on.
I am also very committed, I am 5'11 and 205 pounds. I have Crohns/Colitis and my dad had a heart attack a couple of years ago so I am all in to doing what needs to be done to ensure I see my girls grow up and grow old.
Anyway that's me, whether in or out, I do appreciate the emails and blogposts you send out. Keep up the good work!

Hey Dax:

I've been pretty large for my entire life, so I would be a huge challenge for you and, if your program works, a massive motivator to those who are considering trusting your words. When I entered 9th grade, I was approximately 5'1 and 180 lbs. By the time I reached senior year in 2003, I was 5'10 and 230 lbs. I began doing an hour of cardio a day (bike + elliptical) and changed my diet habits. I lost a lot of weight quickly -- got down to 167 in 6 months. And then the weight crept back on... I grew lax in my eating habits, started drinking in college, and definitely stopped working out as effectively. To make matters worse, I didn't lift during those 6 months, so I'm sure I lost a lot of muscle mass (I'm much more educated now).

As of now, I'm finishing my fulltime job this Friday before starting law school in August, so I'm your perfect candidate. I am not working this summer at all -- so I have loads of time to devote wholeheartedly to your program. I'm also a great spokesperson, haveing gone through the weight loss and weight gain thing before.

I'm currently 23 years old (24 on Monday -- make this my birthday present), 5'10 and approximately 210 lbs, so I can definitely stand to lose 30 lbs. Help me help you, Dax!

By the way, great information. Keep it coming!

I would be 100000% committed and would make a great guinea pig. I was a trim size 8 when I met my partner 10 years ago, now weigh just over 12 stone. Please also bear in mind I am only 5'2 so this is not a good look.

I want to be a healthy mum and be able to keep up with my little one.

Please help me out Dax! x

Hi Dax - Have already commented - but having thought about it for half an hour I have to say I am really excited about this and have come back online to "sell" myself to you ;-)

I trust you and your team - I am using your elimination diet already, and I blog often there and would LOVE to blog alongside lots of others on the same journey.

If it was once per week in London I could make it, but sadly not four times - I'm in Gloucestershire, however, I need to buy gym equipment anyway - (not thousands of pounds worth by the way! ;-) ) so would love to be in your online dozen.

I have a huge desire to get rid of this extra weight and its my NO1 goal on my Health magic 100 (to be 10 stone by Jan 2010) - so much so I seem to be living, breathing and sleeping ED & Turbulence Training - boring all those around me with it, (well actually most people are keen to hear more!) - I am so much happier feeling confident that I can do something about the state of my health.

I was concerned about the dramatic statement of 30lbs in 30 days - as I am changing for the long haul and am not a believer in "fad" dieting - I think it makes me fatter - but as I already said, I trust you and am really keen to give this my all.

Please give me the oppertunity to give this a go. Thanks Dax

Did I sell myself yet? ;-)

Your call for online participants in this rapid weight loss journey is like a gift from above. I was in the best shape of my life about a year and a half ago and then things just seemed to go horribly wrong. My personal and work life were anything but ideal and I put my life on hold in many ways. I am now ready to live again and with you by my side I know I can do it. I have done your IMT training (the 9 day sampler) and loved it. I have also done the elimination diet and quite frankly, I think you have amazing insight. I promise you that I will stick to your plan 100% and that I will be a walking billboard for the rapid weight loss plan! I can assure you, I do not take this gift lightly and I will make sure to pay it forward!

I'll be your online success story. Formerly athletic, presently falling apart, rather than plateauing I'm actually progressively in worse shape. Recent surgeries have left me soft and back to step one on my weight loss journey. I just can't seem to get out of the starting blocks. I'm dedicated to feeling better and putting me first. I do hope that by doing so, I can motivate my husband and get him healthy. I know if he does, we'll be able to start a family soon. Have faith in me and I won't let you down.

I'm around 182 lbs at the moment (5'7") and losing 30lbs would be great. But you know me Dax - I've been in your studio, I've worked out with your trainers, I've been down there at the 152lbs mark. I'll deliver you the commitment, the before and after photos - my wobbly belly is a sight to behold but...I want to know that this is a programme that is realistic and a life change that will get me off the yoyo. I know I have to commit but can you deliver reality too?

I believe in me..the rest is up to you

I would be one totally comitted happy chappy if you choose me. I do believe you can help all that are prepared to listen and apply. I follow your magic 100 and it has helped tremendously.I am a strong believer already and apply your methods in my daily life so how fantastic would it be to have your help in losing these necessary pounds. So I do believe in your advice but I could do with your personal touch to give me that first leap in losing that weight that needs to come off.

I am currently residing in London and would look forward to every single training session with a total dedicated, no nonsence approach with the focus of a possessed demon! Only kidding. One could only dream of training with the real Dax Moy. If I was given the opportunity I would grab it with both hands and treasure each training session as it was my last. Homework for a change wouldn't be a chore but an brilliant opportunity to further my knowledge on the little i do know about weight loss. So please help me Dax and let someone reach their dreams.

Hoping for the best

Hi Dax, like the first comment I'm not sure I have the full 30 pounds to lose (I'm 25 yo female, 5'9" approx 150-160lb? I dunno, we're all about the metric system here in Australia :P) but I'm more than willing and able to go as hard as possible for 30 days! I'm very SERIOUS about health and fitness!

I'm already married so I'm not doing this for anyone else besides myself ... and maybe the people of Hawaii who will have to see me on the beach in August!

I train most days of the week but nutrition is probably my weak point. I was on the verge of starting your elimination diet when I got your email about this amazing opportunity, so please consider me!

Hi Dax- My name is Tasha and I am the owner of a fitness facility in Kansas. I purchased the facility in Dec at 145lbs and I am now at 170lbs due to the stress of owning a business in this economy. (I know that is no excuse) My members no longer take me seriously when I give them advice. They look at me and think she has gained weight why should I listen to her? I have access to everything from kettlebells to resistance bands. If your program can help me lose 30lbs in 30 days all my members will want to know what I did, and of course I will tell them about your program. I would be the perfect advertisement.

PS I just finished my first 30 days of the Elimination Diet and lost 15lbs so I was up to 185. I was able to do the diet 100% and LOVED IT!!!

Thanks for your consideration,

Hi Dax,
I'm living in NZ at the moment. (So your program will get the "tested around the world" sticker....)
I have not been able to shift about 35 pounds since I've had my kids and given up cigarettes.
My bursts of motivation include doing 5 to 6 hours of cardio a week + 2 weight sessions, and after two weeks consistent of this my weight is exactly the same. Then I get immensly frustrated which doesn't help. I'll commit myself fully for the 30 days, and as long as the results are there I'm more than happy to show my pics to the world. So here you have a very committed lady to help with your testing.
Hope to talk soon

Hi - My name is Amanda. I am 29 years old, and I have 3 kids; 9 years, 7 years, and I have a 4.5 month old daughter, who I am still currently breastfeeding. Before I got pregnant, I was in the process of following craig ballantyne's TT workouts, and prior to that had lost a bit of weight on a low-carb diet. Right now, I don't even know where to begin with my training. I'm out of shape, I haven't worked out in quite some time; and I don't know what my nutritional needs are, where to begin with that. I know to eat right, eat healthy. But when it comes to actually preparing meals, I am at a loss as to what to have. I can only think of a few things, and those get boring and its hard to stick with it. I have full access to a gym, including a pool, and I really am unhappy with my body right now, especially since I was trying to lose weight before I became pregnant last year. I may not be an ideal candidate because I am breastfeeding, but I believe you would get excellent results out of me, because I know I can do it; I just need to know what to do. I know I can lose the weight; and there's plenty of weight to be lost; I should probably lose a total of 45 to 50 lbs. I sincerely hope I have expressed well enough my full intent and earnest in participating in your program. Thanks

Hi Dax,

Wow, looks like there is some serious competition on here for your amazing offer! I won't suck up too much then :-)

I was surprised to see your email today as I am actually in the process of signing up to a decent boot camp in order to shift the extra lb's im lugging around. So here I am on your blog adding a post as you never know what might happen!

I am a 33 year old guy weighing in at 200lb / 91kg (a big belly) which I have mostly gained over the last 24 months due to an average diet and shrinking exercise regime. Thankfully I am still healthy but this is no way to live. I have woken up and realised this isn't who I want to be. I am ready to dedicate time to getting healthy and dropping the weight once and for all and will work to keep it off. If you’re looking for guinea pig I am happy to offer my services!

If you can offer the advice Dax I am confident I can give the month of dedication to reach the goal. Won't be easy but hey, it really has to be done!

Good luck everyone!

Hi Dax, I seem to have lost my first blog! I think the opportunity you are offering is amazing and will really motivate a lot of people, it's a win/win situation. I would love to be picked for the Islington group, but would settle for the online group too. I feel at the end of my tether and was looking around for just the thing to get me going again. I already work hard, I have a personal trainer, but there is something wrong with my head! I had lost weight and had kept it off for about 7 years, but always had that final stone to go. This year, due to far too much stress, I have put an extra stone on! I am utterly devestated. 30lbs is perfect for me. I have noticed the menapause affect me and would like to get a handle on this so that I can enter this next phase of my life feeling in control, which is the exact opposite of what I feel at the moment. I would love to know what it is about myself that always seems to let me down when I need it most? I am going on a detox holiday on Saturday as was using that as a kick start to this next phase in my life anyway, I intended to have a "summer of fitness", and coming across your offer fits in perfectly with my personal goals. I look forward to hearing from you. With kind regards, Tracey, Basingstoke, Hants. x

I’m at a place where I can finally put all of my time in to losing the weight I need to as I’ve just finished college and I’m taking a year out before I got to university. I was planning on losing 30lbs in 30 days before I read your email, but I doubt how much I will be able to create a plan to achieve this. I’ve lost 20lbs before and kept it off for about six months, but I’m up to my highest weight ever. I basically don’t want to end up like my mum. She has been yo-yo dieting for her whole life, and when ever she says things like ’I want to get my body sorted before my 50th’, ’my clothes don’t fit any more, I need to lose this weight’ and - recently - ’I don’t want to be fat at my mother’s funeral’, it makes me really sad because I’m going to end up like that if I carry on like this. If I can lose this weight, then I know I could inspire my mum to do something as well. So at 18 I want to get this sorted, and not have to worry about being over weight and having all the health problems for my entire life. I’m an hour out of London so couldn’t come to Islington, but I have access to basically every piece of gym equipment available, and all the time in the world (when I’m not working out of course) to blog and take photos! I’m 5”4’, so quite average. I know younger people don’t usually get included in these things, but I’d give it my all.

Dax,
You mention frequently in your posts about the reason why a person wants to lose weight. That particular question is a difficult one for me. I wrestled with it for many days until today when I was out walking. The "why" is my children. It's not because I want to live a long and healthy life (it's an added bonus), but I don't want my children to have a fat mom. Just like the "fat kid in school" I'm the "fat mom who has school children".
I don't want to lose the 60 pounds I want to remove them. This is an unfinished task on my "Magic 100". I'd like to finish it. Removing 30 pounds in 30 days seems like a stupendous start!

I am so scared to commit to this publicly which is why I know that I must. I've been hiding for years, making excuses for all the things I haven't done in life. My weight has been the biggest struggle of all. I've been unsatisfied with my body for so long that it makes me physically sad. Last week I was on the treadmill in tears just because I feel so alone in this life-long battle. I'm about 30 lbs overweight and even though people think I look athletic (I hide my faults well), I know I'm not even close to being the best "me" I can be. Here's the kicker - my husband is an awesome personal trainer but I think he feels guilty being hard on me. I "yes" him and then don't do what he says or I secretly eat the wrong foods for comfort. He's often said I look great no matter how much I weigh, but I feel like I should look so much better standing next to him because it's a reflexion of his business. I don't know if I'm lazy, depressed or a combination of both, but I'm tired of my excuses. My husband has been so supportive but I realize more than ever, he can't lose this weight for me. I need to be held accountable for my actions. It's evident in my case that even in the best situation, nothing replaces the time and commitment that one needs to put into a weightloss goal. The funny thing is that my career is dependant on how my body looks. I'm at my wits end and I need help. I know I can commit to 30 days. I would love to be able to look in the mirror on the 30th day and finally smile at myself. That would mean more to me than I'll ever be able to put into words.

Hi Dax - I'm a faithful fan of your fitness blog as well as your Magic One Hundred - I admire your no nonsense approach and really just the way you reinforce what most of us know but just can't always seem to put one foot in front of the other to make it happen. So I didn't just say that to kiss up (unless it helps ;-)) I do really mean it.

Let me just say I am so ready for this challenge. I discovered exercise when I was 18 and couldn't beleive what it did for my body. I come from a family that is on the larger size w/ a mother who has struggled with her weight my entire life and I just knew there was a better way to live. So I have the fitness down, but always up for learning new things, - but I do not have my nutrition under control. I am so tired of putting so much effort into all these new eating plans that don't get me the results that I want, aren't practical, and just lead me through the constant cycle of ups and downs for my weight and my emotions. I am just done - I don't deserve to struggle like this and it's exhausting. I want better for me and I want to be the positive role model to my 7 year old daughter that I know I can be. Thanks for your consideration,

Amanda

PS - If you don't choose me then by all means choose Nicky (the post above mine) She deserves it, I know how she feels...

Hi Dax,
My name is Elsie. I am not sure if I got the right page, however I am interested in undertaking this program. I know I can do no doubt. Just recently I have started the "Cheat your way thin program" and its awesome. I wondered whether I will lose weight. I am always one to take a challenge. It is truly amazing. I would truly appreciate it if I were chosen as one of "guinea pigs". Success was never achieved by those who were scared to spread their wings and fly.
Hope to hear from you. Thanks.

Hi Dax,

I am your target market for this program and so I know that I could be your perfect guinea pig! I love your newsletters and have used the quality information over the last twelve months to make some changes in my life. It has taken me 18 months to lose 24 lbs of fat (and gain 12lb of muscle) so I would be very interested to see what your program can do in 30 days. My wife and I are already pretty active (training for a marathon) but I still struggle to shift the fat. My gym work has left me strong but it is still hidden under 20 years of kebab and chocolate. I am 34 and quit smoking four months ago when my Father-in-law lost a lung to cancer, which is when I started training for next year´s London Marathon for Cancer Research UK. I live in Spain so it is quite nice to train here at the moment with the great weather. The two hour siesta every day means that I have a great midday training window and I am a member of a very good gym. In short I am motivated, focused and in need of losing 30lbs of fat. My job and lifestyle and also the support of my wife mean that I can give this program 100% effort; the only way that I will fail to lose the weight is if your program does not work....

hi there,

If you'll have me , i would be honoured to come on board.

Hello Dax and Company,

I just finished reading your email and obviously, like all the others, was excited to hear about your plan. I would like to officially throw my name in the ring to participate. I am a physical therapist and I know better but cannot seem to stick with a program on my own. I know how important and effective being held accountable can be and I know I can do anything for 30 days...because I've done it before. I am also the father of 3 with number 4 due in August and I realize that I am the example for my family. I would be pleasantly surprised if, with your assistance, I rid myself of 30 pounds of fat in 30 days. I am 6'3" 250lbs and have had this belly fat for as long as I can remember. If you decide to help me I will definitely be able to help you. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Dax!
I live a little too far away from you, so the personal training would be great if i could afford to fly over - I live in New Zealand and would really love to give this a try! I read your material and emails whenever they come thru! I started a little heavy, and have dropped a few pounds thru advice you've given. I know what the info and and guidence you can provide, i will be able to excel at the results! To loose 30lbs in 30 days would be a dream!

I have a big thing happening at the end of next month and you'd be helping me out a lot! Plus, everyone at the function will ask, "what happened to you" and i'd tell them - it was Dax ;)

Hi Dax

I would love to be chosen for your program. I am a 31 year old female, 172cm and 158lbs. I am currently on a program on which I've lost about 5lbs in the last month. I have been looking at the numbers and despairing about how long it is going to take me to achieve what I want - about 30lbs lost. Just 30 days would be wonderful! My usual routine involves working out 5 days a week on programs like Turbulence Training, or Valerie Waters so I know I will have no trouble commiting to the workouts. Eating well and not too much has been my sticking point in that past but I think the missing thing for me has been accountability and support which on this program you will be taking care of - in a very public manner, so failure will not be an option! The only reason I've not gone to a professional before is I've found the cost prohibitive and I've not been sure I trust anyone enough to give them my money and not see results. I would be absolutely thrilled to have the chance to be your guinea pig and become a testimonial for people like me who know what they want and are prepared to do what it takes to get it but would love it to happen fast.

I hope to hear from you!

Hi Dax -
I am 6'-1 1/2", 47.5 years old, naturally hover at 208lbs and know that I can get down to 200 lbs in 30 days - thanks to your elimination diet! However, all I need to do to gain weight is think about it! I'm really only physically active when the surf is up and don't like the extra weight that has been on my waist line; for the last 10 years...it's really stubborn fat. I'm a self employed architect and contractor, so I am able to control my own work out schedule. I'm also extremely motivated however, I need the one on one training to learn how to get my body into the shape that I know it can be! My girl - a fitness coach - says that I would look entirely different if my weight was distributed differently so
I'm not sure about the number of lbs needing to be lost. That's your call. I am clear on the need to to drop the weight around my waste and would like to see what my body would be like at a trim 185lbs. My immediate goal is to see my abs for the first time in years. Thank you for the opportunity Dax. Aloha, Marty

Hi Dax:

Look no further, I am the guinea pig you've been looking for! I am in 100%!!! One caveat, I need to loose 10 pounds not 30. Regardless, these 10 pounds have been hanging on way too long and now is the time for them to leave my body, permanently. I have all the tools, gym membership and motivation ready to start. Just tell me what and when!

I would be honored to be part of your online program, as I live in U.S. Thank you for your consideration!

Hello Dax,
I can't wait to see my new body on the other side of the 30 days, a personal challenge to regain both body confidence and a daring attitude to take on new adventures and higher goals.

If you picked me and I lost 30lbs of fat not only would I blog but blag and blag in fact I couldn't stop blagging.

Hello again! Serious competition for sure! My blog is at www.yogajen.wordpress.com and I would LOVE to be part of this program. I currently THINK I eat pretty well, and work out close to 2 hours per day average between teaching yoga and training for a marathon and triathlons. I am female 5'7" and weigh between 175 and 188 depending on the day. It seems as if I can gain 10 lbs in a weekend sometimes. I need to have you help me get control of this monster! I follow directions well, and fitness and wellness is TRULY my life!

I too, will pay it forward after this works for me. I know many who would love to have a program such as yours available to them!!

Hi Dax,
I am so anxious to hear about your new program. I have been overweight most of my life and now feel overwhelmed with the reality that I have 75 pounds to loose. I have gained and lost the same 5 pounds for 4 years.Having a hysterectomy last year seems to have made weight loss even more difficult, I am 44 years old.I am a nurse and a mother of two boys ages 11 and 16. I am embarassed by my weight and it holds me back from participating in activities with the boys.I'm constantly trying to hide a rump that cannot be hidden. I would be 150% dedicated to your program and feel that being a "poster child" would catapult me into action. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Dax-

I'd love to be an online guinea pig for you to show the State of Indiana that being a mom doesn't mean having to carry extra weight around for years. Like others, pursuing my graduate degree caused me 2 years off from training. My current goal is to become a certified RKC instructor for kettlebells. I'm 5'3" and weigh in at 170, losing 30 lbs would be great. But more importantly, I want to show other women that the gimmicks don't work. Atkins is garbage. Pills aren't magic. And that muscle and being fit is what real beauty is about. But to get there it takes committment, work, and dedication.I want my daughters to know that being a woman and being strong is cool! I'll give you 30 days of the hardest work I've ever done if you give me the opportunity to be an example to others of what they can achieve if they put their mind to it. Looking forward to the sweat and blogging my journey!

Dax,
Once again you bring to the table a new approach to handling the battle of the bulge. I completed your 90 day Look Great Naked Challenge last year and lot 27 pounds. I have maintained the total weight loss of 35 pounds for a year now. I follow the tenents of the Elimination diet fairly closely. I am already a walking billboard for your methods.

The reason I would like to partake in this new challenge is that I will be 59 at the end of the year, I would like to prove that even at my age it is not to late to get into shape. An added incentive in October my son and stepson each will be getting married. This will be a challenge for me but I stuck to the 90 day challenge and blogged almost every day. Once I make a committment to you and myself I will do everything in my power to stick to the program and be successful. I am currently 5'6 and weight 183. Losing 30 more pounds woiuld certainly allow me many more options of dresses to choose from to be the Mother of the Groom.

Lastly, my daughter today asked me to help her lose weight and go shopping with her next week...I would love to be able to be a role model, I firmly believe you can do anything you want if you want it bad enough.
Regardless of your decision I am committed to losing more weight.

Thanks Margot

Talk about perfect timing. I was just saying to my husband that if I could afford to buy the right program that I could stop cheating. Seems every time I start a new program that I don't cheat. Longest has been 1 and 1/2 years without junk/sugar. Its such an addiction and I wish I could stop forever. So why should I get the golden ticket? Well I NEED this in the worst way. My metabolism is shot, my clothes do not fit, my confidence is gone and I need something hopeful in my life right now.....I would like to say I need to lose 30lb but ultimately know that if I lose FAT then enough inches would be lost that I would not need to lose quite that much to stay in a healthy weight range. My weight is not crazy high BUT my my bodyfat is very high. Due to yo yo dieting, fasting, bingeing, increased stress/cortisol my bodyfat is high and my metabolism is shot. It seems I can not lose at this point no matter what I do and believe me, I have tried everything (well except your program!). I just started AGAIN trying desperately to lose, May 30th but my head is confused without a real program to follow. I need instruction, guidance, support, to get the fat off and make healthy choices! I have tried two other *leaders* in the industries programs in 2007 and 2008 but gained on both because my metabolism is so jacked up (not their fault, I am sure but I just can't have super high calories) and I am told this age makes it hard to lose too but I am trying anyway. I also tried to get into another program for free that looked amazing. I even sat down, took the measurements, the horrible pictures which was devastating to me to take and send knowing they would be *out there* but was not chosen because I could not use their product due to a severe nut allergy. I am a tricky case and honestly can not say that anyone can fix me at this point. I am willing to give 300% (eat right, exercise, etc as long as it doesn't matter if its opposite schedule of most since I do twelve hour shift nights) and put the shameful before pictures out there, do the work and show the results of your program but have to say its for selfish reasons....so I can look and feel good and have my confidence back! I have access to the internet/iPhone, email, blogs, twitter and would totally sing your praises if you could shape my body from this high jiggly fat percentage to a lean, confident woman again. I would be willing to journal the journey as well! I am more then willing to be your guinea pig as long as my shape is not that little guys shape when done :) After all that is what I look like now! I would love your program to work for me. It would be a triple win for your advertisement and my body and my confidence! Not to mention reaching my goal in 30 days sounds like a dream since my current goal is by Halloween! Sign me up for the golden ticket PLEASE??? Thanks in advance for rocking this body (and possibly my husbands since he is just getting into workout mode and a little open to eating better since all of the junk is out of the house!

Dax,

Promoting your business would be an honor. I'm dedicated, loyal and serious about loosing fat. I'm 37, 64" tall, 136 lbs and have been striving for a tight, slim body since I was 19. I've got the determination, just need the right guidance. I've been doing intense interval and weight workouts - run to the gym - run up hills and use the stairs at work. I try to stay away from wheat, dairy and sugar, but it's a challenge. I eat a variety of veggies and try to eat protein at each meal. I'm getting tired of not seeing results (and I'm physically tired)! With your help I know I'll get the necessary guidance to reach my goals. Thanks for all you do for others.

Hi Dax, I'm one of the ones for this program! I am a 5’7” 36 year-old single woman in Australia, in fine health, with a busy life, and zero cash to spare. For most of my twenties I battled, and beat, a life-threatening disease. So much of my adult life has been about that, I missed a lot of living. Grateful for my full recovery, I am trying to give it even more purchase by really going after everything else I want. I’ve since got myself into the profession I love, but that is just the beginning. My important achievement this year is accepting the difficult truth that I have always set goals without being honest about both the price I'll need to pay to achieve them, and the focus and hard work - not just physical work, but emotional and even spiritual work - involved in paying that price. My goals, even my recovery from illness, were attenuated by not being REALLY honest about what it would really take to reach them. Since the beginning of this year, I've been working slowly but persistently on changing several habits I've had when I think about and pursue my goals. I've 'reset' them carefully, with a new will behind them, and I'm thrilled to say that my shifts in perspective have already changed quite a lot about my world. The bizarre thing is that I came to these realizations after years of introspection, and then I found your blogs and websites! They have been a wonderful confirmation and support already (though I wish I'd found them earlier!)
My health goal is to look the very best I possibly can by the end of this year, so that I can feel more powerful in my days and in other aspects of my life. I'm a cricket nut and I draw great inspiration from watching those players so I chose the end of the Ashes cricket series (end of August) as my date for reaching my ideal shape and fitness. I work from home, and have the flexibility to plan my days. I have been building up my fitness with solid workouts in my home three, and now four, times per week, ratcheting it up another notch every month. My progress is slow, and I can’t seem to accelerate it on my own. I’m 170 pounds now, and my goal is about 145 pounds (or just feeling and looking my very best – I’ll know it when I see and feel it!). I'd absolutely love the bonus of having your intensive help, and I'm more than prepared to make the program my No.1 priority if I am chosen to participate. I have beaten grave illness, I can commit to 30 days of your program. The public nature of the results is an added incentive. I’d just love to hear from you!

Thanks, for so much,

Maria (aka Dax's Hopeful Guinea Pig)

I'm nearly 46, I've been fat for a lifetime and after 30+ years of struggle with my weight I recently, for the first time, found myself thinking 'This is it for me. This is my life. I'm always going to be the fat bird'.

I've never been thin. I've tried everything. And there's nothing you can't tell me about heart rates, basal metabolic rates, CV workouts, step, bodypump, BLT, fat burning zones, low-carb, low-fat, South Beach, cabbage soup, F-Plan, Scarsdale, or GI. I know it's not just diet, it's exercise too. I know it takes 3500 cals to burn a pound of fat. I know about cardiac drift, TR, AT, UT1 and 2, lactate thresholds, recovery, warming up, stretching, and weight training as a way of increasing metabolic rate.

I've been there done that, and I've been feeling the burn since at least 1981. And I'm still six stone overweight.

I'm tired, cynical and bitter. 'Lose weight fast? Yeah, right. It always goes back on quicker'.

And I'm scared.

What's crept over me in the past six months is the dread realisation that I'm running out of time to lose the weight.

I'm not looking for a quick fix, but whilst I pretend I don't care, and pretend that I know it all, deep, deep down I'm terrified and I don't want to throw in the towel just yet. I'm not ready to give up yet.

And I look around me and I see thousands of women like me.

So what's inspired me to contact you? Fear. And the thought that in losing my weight I could maybe inspire other people like me, who are exhausted by the diet treadmill and about to give up hope, think that it's impossible, think they can never be the person on the inside.

30lbs in 30 days? Let's go for it.

Hello Dax -
I would love to be picked for your 30 day program....I recently suffered my second miscarriage in 11 months. During the pregnancy I had to take awful hormone supplements which made me way too sick and tired to exercise, and also made me gain weight almost instantly. I've always been a pretty athletic person - I actually enjoy exercise. But the emotional and physical pain of this recent miscarriage has left me lethargic and unenthused about trying to work off this weight gain. I would love a chance to kick start back to my old self. I'm 5'4" 155 lbs., so 30 lbs would be a perfect weight loss target for me.
Thanks for reading this :)

Dax,
There is nothing outstanding about me, besides that fact that I just cannot find the motivation to start a new lifestyle. I realize every morning when I wake up that I am not happy with the way I look and the extra weight that clings to my body. I would like to check a good body off on my lists of assets and have weight loss as one less thing to worry about on a day to day basis. I am a University student, and sick of always thinking that tomorrow I will change. If you choose me to be a "guinea pig" I will have to motivation so I don't let you down. I'm ready to change and do whatever it takes, but I don't think anyone else believes I can do it. Believe in me, and let me show everyone here at home that I can do it! I can change! I just need some help, and I will help you in every way.

Hi Dax,
I would absolutley enjoy being part of this process.
I am currently going through a re invention. I was made redundant a little over a month ago. No tears though. I was planning to leave anyway and follow my heart and live the live that I feel I am supposed to be living.
I go to the gym most days of the week as I see in as an essential part of my day. While it continues to work for my mental well being the physical results are slow. I know I should be working in a more effective way. There is still some jelly on the plate!
It is time for me to cash in my looks. Working in an office for 40 hours a week is no longer an optoion!
I have an an image in my mind that I am aiming for. I believe it is realistic. I get excited when I think about it!
I know I will stick to your plan I am a singer/musician and I have gigs coming up that I want to look good for. It would be great to use your method and get there super quick! I would literally be a singing advertisement for you.
I am 36years old. Six foot tall. No sure on my weight but there is stuff to go!

I do run and work out by my eating is killing me. I need to lose at least 20 pounds because if I don't my cholestrial is going to do me in it's well over 200. I have two young kids and I need to do it for them and my wife and of course myself. I think I could be a huge assest to you and your program because I am so tired of the way I look and feel. I'm run down and lazy as hell. Again, I know you have a ton of people to choose from but I hope you will think about someone from accross the pond.

Hello Dax & team,

What would i do without 30 pounds of fat?
Achieve a goal that has evaded me for years.

I am 43, 5'1 & weigh around 11.5/12 stone. I have been fighting carrying the extra weight for years, which is focussed dangerously around my torso.

I have tried lots of diets - your elimination being one of the few successful but would love to see life changing results on this 30 day program.

I live in Angel, am an early bird & pass your studio daily on the way to mine, so i am avaliable to be fully committed & your greatest achievement.

Fingers crossed x

I have just been made redundant and my gym was at my work, so now I have no gym. I was also seeing a personal trainer, but have had to give him up as I have no job.
My exercise regime is really suffering now. I have gone from exercising 6 days per week for at least an hour to almost nothing. It
s winter here in Sydney AU, raining or cold and windy, so I am not keen to go outside to exercise. I am trying to use your posts to create my own exercise programs, But I would really appreciate the extra help and motivation that you could give me.
I have lost 40lbs with my trainer mainly by restricting carbs, and exercise and I do not want to go backwards by putting it all back on again. I am about to start your 30 day elimination diet and will keep you updated on my progress.

Hi - I would like to have the priviledge of being one of the online users of your system - unfortunately I do not live close enough to London to be able to come into your studio in person.

Since my mother died last year I just went on a slippery downward spiral of eating and sitting - just not wanting to do anything. BUT enough is enough! Were my mum still here she would give me the best telling off I have ever had in my life! I look in the mirror and do not like what I see nor what I have become and really would appreciate your help in getting me back healthy. I am 200% committed to this and would be over the moon and willing to share my photos (even though I dont like them) and blogs throughout the journey.

Hi Dax,

I'm 30 years old ( hence time and space does not exist ). 168 cm, 78 kg, athletic. I am a professional tennis player. Yes, a very self- indulgent one too. When it comes to food. Luckily I burn most of it off on the court or staying in shape. Still I am at 28% body fat.

I do have 30 lbs of fat too loose EASILY. And I want to get rid of it BADLY.

I think I am your favorite piggy. And the one that gets the job done. 100% committed? I am prepared to eat pig food. And blogging is my second nature.

Also being in a good shape allows me to work really HARD.

Getting clean food is no problem too as I live in a little Spanish village with lots of local gardens full of organic veggies.

So do not hesitate to contact me and ask me more questions.

Thank you for your enthusiasm for this experiment.

I've been trying to lose nearly 30lbs of stubborn fat for the last 10 years and have reached a point where I need a serious kick up the jacksy. A former 16 and now a 12ish, I've lost some of the weight but was looking to ramp things up a bit. And what should arrive in my inbox...

Some reasons why you should consider me:

1. I already write a blog, so I can chart my journey and share it with my readers.

2.I usually hate taking pictures of my body, but I promise I'd take pictures twice a day for those 30 days!

3.I'm in serious need of a physical and mental challenge, so this sounds great.

4.When you see my soft, blubbery tummy morph into a flat, toned ironing board you can bounce pennies off of, you'll want to use me as your personal billboard. With your plan and my dedication, I'll be the best advert you ever had.

5. Finally I live in east London, so Islington is within easy reach!

Want a guinea pig? You've got one right here. If you want hot-looking, healthy and beautifully-sculpted people spreading your word, consider this very willing and very able candidate! You won't regret it... I know I won't :-)

VivRichards said...

ps. Please dont let the fact that I'm in Australia put you off choosing me! I will eagerly get up in the middle of the night to take live calls/instructions to all guinea pigs, etc. I'll be staying up to watch the Ashes, after all ;)

I am continually on a pendulum, I go from "fit" to "fat" regularly. I just can't stay consistent.
At the moment the pendulum is stuck at "fat".
Please help me to permanently keep it stuck at "fit".
I am expecting the birth of my second child and first son in August and therefore need the energy to look after my children. My wife suffers from hyperthyroidism and does not have the energy she used to, therefore more burden falls on me.
I would be eternally grateful if I was selected for your life-changing plan.

You are an inspiration to us all.

Best regards,
Mr. Azhar Chaudri.

Hello Dax

I feel that I am in desperate need of this programme. I am approximately 40lbs overweight, and I am trying to lose weight, but the task is proving very daunting. I put on weight after having my son almost 4 years ago, and I feel absolutely useless considering that after all of this time, I still have not managed to shed the excess weight. My Dad was diagnosed with diabetes in his late 40s and I know that this, along with being overweight makes me likely to get it as well.
I work in Islington so attending the studio will not be a problem for me. I need this programme, so please look favourably upon my request.

Many Thanks

Yetunde

Good luck to all of you.

I was told that every lottery number is a winning one. You just have to tune into a dimension where it gets the prize.

Hi Dax,
I have been really inspired by your quotes and writings. I have recently read Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch and The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. An in line with the teachings of the books. I thank you and am most grateful that you have picked me to go on this weight loss journey with.
Thanks Sharon

Hi Dax,

I saw this and was ecstatic, I have had such terrible luck. About a year ago, I got really sick and was bed ridden for three months. As you can imagine, the pounds just piled on, I used to be so fit. Then I had the operation, which fixed me. So not too long after the operation I decided I needed to get fit again and drop all the weight. Not realizing how weak I had become, I went and played a game of touch rugby and promptly broke my ankle. That took another two months out, and I was on crutches, then afterwards in physio to fix the ligament damage. It has taken ages, but I am now back to normal, plus an extra 66pounds. I have been so desperate to lose this weight, and the 30 pounds in 30 days would certainly get me going in the right direction with the weight loss. I have started walking home from work (5 miles) as a starting point, as I have learnt from my mistake of jumping right back in, but really feel like I need something more now. I really hope you choose me, as I will give you some great before and after shots, as I will be THE most dedicated student. I want this so badly, but would never be able to afford advise from someone as expert as you.

Here’s hoping you choose me…..

Daniela

If you really want a challenge, and to prove that it can work for anyone, regardless of their situation, then pick me!!

I am currently recovering from a foot operation, so I am limited with what exercises I can do - but surely there are lots of people out there who are injured and still want to get in shape - time for you to prove that they can!

I also go on holiday in July, so again, a perfect opportunity for you to show that this CAN be incorporated into real life.

I used to be a competitive sprinter when I was younger, so I know that I can train hard, but i have gone SO far off track and I don't know how to get back.

Every morning I look in the mirror and hate what I see. I know this is not how I want to live my life, and i'm ready to make the change.

As I said, I won't be your easiest challenge, but if you are willing to try, I know I am.

One of my favourite quotes for you...

"Whether you think you can, or think you can't, you're right"

So, can you change me?!

Kit :)

Dear Dax
I would love to be one of your guinea pigs and I would make a dedicated and positive student.

I never thought for a minute that I would ever need to use this type of programme - until last year I was one of those annoying people who could eat for England and never put on weight. I was known as 'the body' at work and was a slender and toned size 8. Then last year I met a guy and fell in love...I also fell into his lifestyle of eating huge fatty meals and snacks between combined with alcohol. He is 6'3 and can carry some excess baggage - I'm 5'6 and small framed so cant. My diet had never been great (too much processed rubbish, busy lifestyle, no time etc) and I ate sporadically but with regular (and wrong) meals I have ballooned - the body has become the blimp! I feel loved but unsexy (and you dont realise just how important this is until you've lost it!)Because of never having a healthy diet I would love guidance on what, when and how to eat and exercise. I really want to get my sparkle back in my eyes and be able to slide into my favourite jeans with not a hint of a muffin top. I want my lifestyle to be healthy so that I can enjoy it to the full With the right motivation and help, I know that the body can be back in business in time for the summer.
Many thanks
Fiona

Hi Dax,

This is the kind of programme that I find really inspiring.

I love the idea of completing a 30 day intense health and fitness kick. While losing the 30lbs is a definite bonus, the thought of getting fit and healthy is also a big draw card for me.

A few days ago, I made a commitment to myself to get back in shape when I got back from holiday on Friday. So I was excited to receive your email as this comes at a perfect time for me. ( Laws of Attraction???) I am not only committed and motivated to improve my health and lose weight, I am now ready and focussed on doing so.

I also really responded to the idea of being a guinea pig! I love trying different forms of exercising and eating and this sounds like it would be hard work but fun! I love the sound of those results in that time frame too.

I am 37 y.o. female, I weigh approx 74 kgs, I'm 5ft 10' tall. I live in Auckland, New Zealand.

Thanks Dax, your programme sounds awesome. Best of luck with it all - I'll be following your progress with great interest.

Dear Jim'll Fix It I would like you to get me a place on Dax Moy's lose 30lbs in 30 days programme.

I have proved I can commit to a strict 30 day programme by sticking to the Elimination diet for my first 30 days at his studios - and was delighted with the results.

But why should I be considered for the 30lbs in 30 days programme? Well his funky new machine for body fat monitoring told me last week I still had about that much body fat to lose. Also it has become a special part of my week training with Jules & Sue and sadly my pre-booked sessions are coming to an end. With money tight in the current economic climate this would be the ideal way for me to stay around for another month and totally supercharge my results – while keeping them in good craic.

Also I would really love to see those before and after photos - and imagine the new Dax Moy promotional video "I used to be overweight and unhappy - now look at me back trim again and pursuing my dream of being a professional Irish dancer!!" - Maybe not 100% true but who wouldn't part with cash to come to his studios and see that!! I would also make myself available for the resulting World promotional tour and have experience of this after being on TV once when coming 1st in the under 4 (years old) trampoline competition!!

He will see I am determined to commit and ask the girls what a sacrifice it would be for me to go off the drink (which I imagine would be a pre-requisite) for another month and I think you will have an idea that you will have someone who is 100% committed to taking this journey with you.....

Killian Donnelly
(31 - London)

PS That is the standard Jim'll Fix It sign off!!

As they say when the pupil is ready the teacher will arrive - and here you are! I have just re-written my goals for the next 6 months and included in them is the commitment to lose 3 stone, so your 30lb plan would set me well on the way. I have previously set fitness and wait loss goals and achieved then, then slipped back into poor lifestyle habits due to full time work and a young child. I am taking a career break so have the time, commitment and desire to get to my fitness goal - I just need the right programme and the right coach to keep me accountable and focussed on the my end goal. That is you Dax. Thanks

Hi Dax

PLEASE PICK ME!!! And now I should tell you why.

I've been over weight since childhood, a combination of being inactive and poor nutrition and was bullied for it. I balooned to a staggering 18 1/2 stones in weight which is shocking when you consider I'm only 5ft 8in and am female! I've managed to slowly lose over 5 1/2 stones of that weight now but am at a low point as I just don't seem to be able to shift the remaining 28lbs to get into the "healthy" category for my height.

So in short, I've proven that I'm committed as I've already been on the journey by myself and have stayed dedicated to it and those 30lbs would finally get me accross the line.

I walk past your Islington studio everyday so would be an ideal in house guinea pig but would estatic to be one of the 18.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pick me...you have no idea how much I want this.

Hi Dax,

I "think" I am pretty active. I do exercise and "think" I eat healthy meals but that has not made a difference with my goal of stripping off the excess baggage I seem to be carrying. I think my lower body is the worst offender. I would love to shed the fat from my belly, butt and thighs finally.

Hi Dax and team, My name is Suzanne I'd like to apply for one of the six places to work with you and your team to enable me to lose 30LB. I know that I have the commitment to do what's needed as I've already lost 5stone on my own, but am struggling with the last 32LB. I would gratefully and happily grab every bit of advice you could give me and us it to the maximum. 6 years ago I weighed 17st 3lb (I'm female and 5ft 1). Today I weigh 12st 2lb

I started to get really ill with asthma and allergies eventually ending up in hospital several times. The advice from my medical team was to take slimming tablets for my weight and steroids and antihistamines for my allergies. I researched for myself and decided to go a more holistic route. I now weigh 12st 2lb and am just about managing my allergies under a medical team without medication. Over the last 5/6 years I have completely changed my diet, cutting out pretty all most unhealthy things. So why I do want to work with you? I want to get to 9st 12lb. I have gone as far as I can on my own, I've hit a great big wall. I need help and support, I struggle knowing how best to use exercise to achieve my goals. But I want help and support from someone who's method's inspire me which you do. I meet your criteria, I've got a gym membership and a great local park to walk in and I have the time to focus on achieving my goal. I'm already keeping a food and feelings diary and have a laptop to update my progress. I'm also used to logging my food and exercise intake online. This goal is more than just about weight loss for me it's about living healthily, proving that I can start and finish something and that nothing is impossible if you really want it. It's a way for me to take back control of my life. For your information I live in South London and can travel to Islington easily. I’m more than happy to pass on what you teach me via blog as I believe the best way for people to learn is by example. I hope you consider me. In the meantime thank you for all the great information you’ve passed on so far.

Hi Dax

I would love this opportunity to lose 30lbs. I am 47 5"3 and about 185 pounds. In the last 8 years has been all about other people and now it is time for me. I've been thru a divorce, looking after my mother-in-law who died of cancer, teenager trouble and lots more and now it is time for me. I will give 100% to this and want to prove to myself that I am worth it, to let go of the baggage which is holding me back. With your help I will achieve this. I am in good health the only problem is a slightly under-active thyroid which is hindering my efforts and also pri-menopause . Would love your help.

Hi Dax

My name is Jill and I would like to apply for your online coaching session.

I am 5ft4 and currently weight 13st 4lb. Until about two years ago I was very active and played for my local ladies football team, prior to that I was a fairly succesful athlete, competing in the javelin. As usual, when work kicked in after university, I found I didn't have the time to dedicate to football anymore and so gave it up. Although I still went to the gym, the frequency of the exercise was much less than I was used to and the weigth has slowly crept on. I would like to get back down to about 10st 7lb, which I think would be about right for my frame, which is kind of muscular. 30lbs would be a long way to achieving this goal, I am getting married in November and so am determined that the weight is going to come off one way or another!! Best wishes Jill

Hi Guys

I would love to take part as a Guinea Pig either on-line or at your studio (i only live in Caledonian Road). Over the Last year i have dropped about 18kg (110kg-92 as a 5f11" 26 year old guy) and seem to have hit the wall and need your help to get passed it and to my goal. I can honestly say that I am a committed person to my diet and exercise as I go to the gym 5 mornings plus my team sports so I am quite active already but I feel as though I need some more creativity and nutrition advice to get me there and cant afford to pay for it...

I would love to have to opportunity to work with you and your team over the 30 days and would definitely keep my end of the bargain by following all advice and other responsibilities that come with it.

Please give me this opportunity Dax, I wont let you down:)

cheers

I can be your walking, talking billboard. I am already committed to fitness. I just finished my third marathon, and training for a marathon requires the kind of suspended faith you talk about. It requires having faith that today's 3 miler and Saturday's 11 miler, and Tuesday's hill repeats will add up to a marathon. I get that.

I get lost and overwhelmed when I try putting exercise and diet together at once. I am great about going to the gym, lifting or doing sandbag or kettlebell workouts. I am great about hitting my run workouts. And when I've done it, giving up sugar, caffeine, and dairy, I feel energetic and clear and just great. But, there's always a but, I have not unlocked the key to doing it together at once. It's a three legged stool I can't figure out how to balance. If I'm running consistently and well, my weights and diet suffer, and round it goes.

Help me pull it all together, incorporate eating well, weight training, and cardio together, and I'll help you sell your program. I am every-woman: a working mother of two, 40 year old, lifelong workout girl who is 30 pounds overweight because I eat too much and the wrong food.

Hi, I would love to do the 30 day trial, thank you for giving me the chance to try and win a place.

I was always size 10/12 until my life changed, I had to raise 2 grandchildren they were both ill so I was busy nursing them so piled on the pounds. I am now a size 20 aaah!

I would like to change my life again by losing the weight and live the rest of my life healthier. Most of all to be able to do more with my grandchildren, they deserve to have that.

I want to prove that I can do it so can any one else, im fed up of being told that at 49 it is too late for me to get fit!

Morning Dax,

I am a 36yr old Londoner who used your fabulous studio up in Angel last year under James and then Nisha,
I also undertook a Kinetic assessment with Laurie.

I was undertaking the Elimination diet and also the exercises given by both personal trainers before they left, with success.
Unfortunately family issues took over and bit by bit I felt unable to continue with the programe once these trainers left your studio,
by that I mean, once they left, that was the excuse I needed to gradually 'leave' too!

However, this is no sob-story, I don't want to use this as a crutch, or 'poor-me' or an excuse so when I recieved an email from your blog,
it reminded me of the great advice and assistance given to me by the people in your studio.

To cut a long story short, I am basically sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy enopugh, I incorporated a lot of what I learned in your Studio, but there is so much more to give!
I am finally willing to pay the price to learn, adapt and take on a new lifestyle.
I have read your commitment and I will commit to you nothing less than a 100% effort from my end to get to the stage where my old habits has been discarded and a new outlook,
desire and lifestyle has finally taken over.

This deal, in fact, is a non-brainer for me, I know what you will do for me.

This however, is a two way street, no magic formula, no click of the fingers...so this is what I'm going to do for myself for the next 30 days...

1. I'm local, work in Southwark, I know my hours for the next 30 days and can cycle up to the Studio in 30mins.
2. I will create a blog the day I'm selected, (if selected), explain why I'm doing this I want to do this and update daily, with my findings etc.
3. Everything that you (or your staff) request to undertake, I'll undertake and pay the 'cost' and 'price' for.
4. No if's or but's.

That's what I'll do.
If not selected, good luck in your endeavours, if these 'guinea pigs' follow what you request to the letter, it will be a 100% success for them!!!

Any questions, just email me back :-)

Regards!

Hi Willy Wonka aka Dax

I am not fat. So why am I interesting to you?

I've just turned 30 and although still a spring chick I can feel the 'gravity' of age pulling and well, I have a bit of a gut and also a double chin sprouting. Everything just feels like it could only go down more and more hill if I don't start to establish a new routine.

So , can you change my habits to make me eat clean and healthy for good? Can you tone me up so I can show off my body on the beach with pride rather than feel like i'd pass in a crowd?

So rather than dramatic weight loss like other people might need, what difference can you make to someone who needs a subtle but lasting change rather than a dramatic weight loss (which after all might be less of a challenge in some ways?)... I am the other part of your target market. :)

p.s I'll blog for England for you!
p.p.s I live near your studio so would be able to come in for an ass kicking!

I do hope I win a golden ticket!
Thanks Mr Wonka

Hi Dax,
So, here is my challenge to you. I've been following your LGN challenge to the T for three+ weeks and have lost three pounds. If this program is so much different and more high charged that I can lose 27 more than that (which happens to be my goal)then I am in! This is pushing way past my comfort zone, but after a lengthy discussion with my husband last night I've realized that may be exactly what is needed. You know exactly what I have been doing for the last three weeks for food and exercise, so if you think it can be done, then, pick ME.

Libby said...

Well, is there a good reason NOT to choose me? Probably, but I have to say I have all the elements of a great victory. I'm fat, I'm unhappy with my weight, I'm uncomfortable in my body, I don't fit into my clothes anymore and to top it all, the bigger I get the more I eat. I keep telling myself if I can't even lose 60lbs how could I possibly reach other goals in my life? I can't! I don't even set goals anymore. This is the result my fat has on me!!
I would just once feel like I accomplished something, even if it is with strict guidance (actually especially with strict guidance). I believe that losing 30lbs will give me that mental and emotional boost to carry on and lose the other 30lbs and also to show me that I can set goals and targets and reach them. This could be the revolution in my personal life that I so desperately need and yet just cannot ignite! My target to go from 207lbs to 143lbs.

Amazing how weight rules our lives and how we let it!

Regards

Libby

Dax,

I'm a 42 year old Aerobics Instructor in Cheshire and have been teaching many different classes over the past 22 years in my local community and various health club chains!!! Up to to 10 years ago still was managing to teach over 20 classes per week and feeling & looking great for it.

Three amazing kids later plus a sedentary job during the day has now left my body shape in need of some serious changes. I still teach 4 group exercises classes in the evenings (Step, Aerobics & Stability ball) although this maintains the tip of my fitness, I need to get serious with myself with good daily training and clean food! I see about 90 class participants every week & I know they would really welcome some online nutrition / fat loss support. I would love to be considered for your 30 day on-line programme and be a great testimonial to you (not to mention selling your fab onlnine services to my class participants).

I downloaded your elimination diet last, year which helped me shed a stone before I went on holiday so I know it works & it works well. Unfortunately bad habits and not enough exercise for myself crept back into my hectic lifestyle & Yep back to tipping the scales at over 11 stone.

I think people see fitness instructors / class instructors as immortal to putting on fat and they certainly shoud have a jelly belly! As you know we are just like every else and need to work hard with good exercise and good nutrition.

PLEASE HELP ME ELIIMINATE 30LBS, I WANT TO BE MORE CONFIDENT, A BETTER ROLE MODEL TO MY CLASS PARTICIPANTS AND FEELING GREAT AGAIN (NOT TO MENTION TO GET INTO MY LYCRA LEOTARD FROM 20 YEARS AGO!)

110% COMMITTED
looking forward to your response

Hi Dax
All day long I work helping people to acheive their best, but somehow at the end of the day I have forgotten about me. I can't seem to get myself together to workout or to eat as well as i should and so my weight has crept up and up to about 190lbs at 5'5"that is not good. I hate myself but can't seem to help myself. I really need someone for me for a change. I am doing your magic one hundred program and it has really helped my business goals and my personal goals, I have been mentoring a large group of high school students with their social justice programs, I helped them learn how to organize an event in which we raised over $20,000.00 to build a village in Sierra Leonne and am now working on an even bigger project with them. Between this, my clients and my family there is no me. Please I need your help. I have a beautiful gym in my home every bit of equipment you could dream of, I used to be a champion rower and used everything in it but in the last few years I don't have the incentive and I don't know why. Please please please help me. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Dear Dax,

Thanks for the opportunity! Here's why I'd like you consider me:

--I have followed your website, emails, the evolution of Magic 100 and Elimination Diet over a year, listened to you on calls and read your e-books. I believe in you. This belief has two consequences: 1) I want to increase your success with my success. 2) I trust you. Of all the voices online, I am willing to let yours inform my life, to lean into your hands and see what happens.

--My openness to organic food and to eliminating certain things from my diet has recently vastly increased. This was a stumbling block in the past; not now. I wish for more information -- and pressure -- to make dietary changes.

--I have been struggling with my weight since 1997. This year it must end. I need to prove to myself that I can shed what I've been carrying, which is about 30 extra pounds.

--I can't afford to stress myself or my family with an extra layer of demands, but I have enough excitement about this that I'd like to give it an honest shot, including the blogging bit (I enjoy writing and will happily share my experience). I take commitments seriously so I had to carefully consider this piece of it before throwing my hat in the ring.

--What I crave most in my weight loss effort is to be accountable to someone. I have read TONS of material addressing the emotional foundation of overeating and offering endless tactics for monitoring food intake, modifying one's diet etc. But the missing link is a coach, an audience. That's a motivating force I cannot get from a book or from myself, but I would gladly take from you and your formidable presence.

--I'm 6 feet tall, recently into yoga. I would hope, that with your program, I could provide you with dramatic pictures of transformation. I'd love to wear a bikini (!) and to fold a long, lean body into the beautiful shapes that yoga offers. Most of all, though, I want to be able to keep up with my little boys, show them a great example, and walk tall without the soul-sapping self-consciousness that has plagued me for over a decade.

I'm yours, Dax!
All the best,
Keylan

Mr. Moy, I have been over 100lbs overweight for over 10 years. I have tried everything and though my failures are mostly due to my own weakness I think much of the issue is that I lose patience because it takes so long.

If I could find a plan that would consistantly help me lose impressive numbers I believe it would help jump start my progress towards health but also inspire me to continue. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Dax,

Terry here. I'm 50, male, 5'9" tall and weigh 180 lbs. Poor diet and not enough exercise has brought my weight to its current level. For years, I trained intensely 5 days a week at the gym and weighed 155 lbs. Family life and a busy schedule have changed that. (We have 7 great kids:) My wife and I agree, to be 160 in 30 days would be great! I watched an old workout partner do something similar a year ago, (he used to compete bodybuilding) so know it can be done. From past experience, I know my body would respond well and I would be able to get to my former "ripped" state. My wife and kids are 100% behind me.

I would be honored if picked to be in your program.

Cheers,
Terry

Hi, Dax:

I am another one of your walking testimonials as I was in your Look Great Naked Challenge in 2008. Thanks to that challenge and your elimination program I have lost 45 lbs and kept it off. I felt so much better. My cholesterol levels had gone back to normal with no pills. Between that program and the Magic 100, I have accomplished all of my health goals as far as getting my health back on track. Thanks. I hope I am one of the luck ones chosen. I know I am the best testimonial you have! :-)

I am more than 100% committed to losing 30 lbs in the next 30 days. Just seeing the difference that my workouts make in my mood and energy levels is just incredible. The same goes for what I eat. I have learned to watch for certain signs after I eat so called safe foods. I can do this.

I am just plain sick and tired of looking this way. I want the old me back. I am getting there slowly but surely but hey if I can lose 30 lbs in 30 days. Why not! That would be such a natural high to see how you can transform your own body. Don’t get me wrong, I look and feel a lot better. I currently weigh 220 lbs. This actually comes at a time where I was looking at another program that promises 21 lbs + in less than 30 days with some fasting and supplements involved which made me think twice plus the fact that I would have to borrow money for the supplements.

Having worked with you before I know what to expect. I will follow all advice exactly as given, finish the program to completion. I will blog my daily journey with you including photographs before, during and after (I’ve gotten over the photo phobia - haha). I will also use some video with regards to my workouts as I find it helps me see if I am doing the workouts with proper form or not since unfortunately I can’t have you there personally. This tip I actually got from a friend in California. You will be able to use my testimonial and photographs for any future promotional material of course.

I have access to a gym and resistance equipment (both in my home and at work). I am ready to start now!!

You have already helped me gain in strength. After I have lost the 30 lbs in 30 days, I will be your best walking and talking testimonial that it can not only be done but be done in a safe healthy manner with the right program and guidance. It will be so great to shock all these people that think it cannot be done. I will look so great and it will help me go forward leaps and bounds with my dancing and kickboxing tremendously. I am so excited.

Please, Please pick me. I have more than proven that I follow your instructions with the online program. No one believes me when they see the changes in all aspects of my life that I have made that this was all done online with you. When I show them proof, they are very impressed.

I can’t wait to be your next explosive success/transformation story!!

As a former dancer who is married to a former stuntman you would think we would know how to stay in shape. You would, however, be mistaken. My own road to flab started a decade ago when I suffered a bad fall onto concrete. Alas for the grace of dancers who are trained to look ahead - and not where their feet are going! Two years and a lot of therapy later I was finally able to walk and manage 'normal' tasks without pain. But the inactivity had taken it's toll. Moreover, I had become accustomed to being inert, and the weight continued to creep up. In my misery and pain I had drowned myself in comfort foods: bread, pastries, desserts of all nature. And alas for my poor husband, I took him with me on the weight-gain express. Now, at 5' 3" and around 180 lbs (nearly 13 stone), and with my 5'8" husband at over 200 lbs (14.5 stone) we have chosen to make a change. My husband and I have just finished our thirtieth day of your Elimination diet. We are thrilled at the changes to our bodies. But we are just at the tip of the iceberg and have a long ways to go to regain our health. Moreover, we have a show to prepare for. My beloved husband and I are performing at a local Renaissance faire in September, and I'd prefer the bodice to fit - not strain, especially as there will be some sword-play involved. We are dedicated to the change we have already begun, and would adore to be your 'guinea pigs'. Neither of us is afraid of hard work - we've both trained hard in our past as our former careers demanded and have the mental fortitude and willpower to see your plan through to the end. I hope that you choose us for your online program, and respectfully await your decision.

Dax - Here's the challenge back at you. Can your program help a 49 year old mother of 3 to loose 30lbs in 30 days? If it can do that you'll make a million women happy!

If you're trying to prove through regular people that this program can work then I'm your best candidate for one of the Internet spots. In fact, I just started a journal listing all the diets, nutrition programs, weight loss programs that are out there and had chosen one to begin and blog about it's success (or failure) in really helping someone to reach their goal of a healthy weight and body image. This would be perfect. You tell me what to do and what to eat and after 30 days we'll both see if your have the magic formula for healthy success.

I have DECIDED to live a healthy lifestyle.

I have DECIDED to lose 30 lbs.

I have DECIDED to use the resistance equipment and gym are available to me.

I have DECIDED to take up the gauntlet you've thrown down.

Now it is your turn - DECIDE to choose ME!

Dear Dax: Why not me? You asked us to sell you on the idea and I ask you why not me? I am a 42 years young woman from Puerto Rico who is moving to Florida in August. I am in very good health, I would like to keep it that way. I like to set goals and accomplish them and because this "seems" not possible, that is exactly why I want to do it. I have been told of things that can be done all my life. Some times I actually believed them. In the last two years I have done many things that can be done, including this move to the states. I am ready to prove that your idea can work. I would love to work with you online to achieve it. Sign me up.

I would love to be your guinnea pig. I tried other diets followed them to the T for 30 days, the lose 20 in 30 didn't work for me I only lost 3 in 30. So I am wanting to try something that will work for me. I am hoping it's your program.
I work in wellness so my success with your program will be promoted in my program. i am physically active already.
i live in Canada.

Twelve is an interesting number for online participation; like 12 disciples. I am willing to follow you through this program and be successful. I can sit here all day and type in 4 million reasons why you should choose me to be among your twelve on-line participants, but the bottom line is, I need this so that I can be me again. I am fed-up, frustrated, fat and fifty. I want to be focused, fabulous, fifty and frustration free. Losing thirty pounds in thirty days would give me back my confidence so that I can focus on the things I should be focused on instead of being upset that my clothes don't fit anymore, that I feel fat and flabby, even though I put in time working out. I just need professional direction and I fit your description of participation one hundred percent. I am willing to do the program one hundred percent. Lastly, one hundred percent of my friends will be "in" when I become one of your success stories. I am at the end of my rope with frustration and am waiting to be one of the chosen few. Thanks for the opportunity.

Hi Dax
I live in Israel. I am about 35 pounds overweight.
I coach soccer here in Israel. My leg is always pulled by players, coaches, parents, supporters and all aound me. If I lossed 30 pounds in 30 days there would be a lot of people asking me what happened and how i did it.
I could definetly be a GREAT advertisment for your program.
I would put myself fully into this program and it could do my health a lot of good and it could sell your program here to a huge crowd.
I hope I will be accepted.

Well Dax,

To make it short, I live in the US, 54 year old. I am probably in the worst shape of my life. My current weight is 260 lbs and not doing much exercise. I am tired of the high blood pressure, pains and all the garbage you get when you don't follow a healthy lifestyle. I am ready for a change and would like to try your online program. If you can get me in shape and not worrying about becoming extinct from this world. I would definetely give you a testimonial.

Thanks.

I'm asking to be a part of your study/program because I need to. I have tried many diets, but without the support necessary, they naturally failed. After many years of yo-yo dieting (as many women can attest), I've now skyrocketed back up to a extremely unhealthy 200lbs for my body. I just had a doctor tell me that if i don't lose the weight and soon, my family's history of high blood pressure, diabetes and heart problems is without a doubt going to catch up with me. And...i'm scared. I'm scared for my health, not just my appearance. Which is something I must say, I never thought would be a primary concern....ever. He prescribed a liquid diet to drop the lbs, but I'm thinking there MUST be a better way...a safer way. So I'm respectfully asking (and slightly begging) that you please consider choosing me as a participant to lose 30lbs in 30 days!

Hi Dax

Life begins at 40 … and I’m 40 in September and what a great opportunity this would be for me to achieve my goal of being FIT and HAPPY and not FAT and MISERABLE at 40! It would be the BEST Birthday present I could ever receive :-)

I try very hard to appear an optimistic kind of person and it frustrates me that I allow my weight to control my life! For far too long I have been EXISTING rather than LIVING my life and a lot of that is down to being fed-up of the way I look and feel … my NEW LIFE begins here … a new me, a new job and hopefully a boyfriend too … not too much pressure then lol!

I’m 5ft11 and weigh 18stone 2lbs :-( At my heaviest 3 years ago I weighed 23stone 3lbs and lost 7 stone in 2 years through healthy eating and exercise but over the last year I reached a plateau … it’s not easy losing weight on your own with limited knowledge! Anyway, because I wasn’t seeing continued results; coupled with the break down of my 16 year marriage, redundancy and a family bereavement (I’m not looking for a sympathy vote here by the way, as I appreciate everyone faces their own difficulties in life) I have put on 2 stone from just losing my way somewhat! I’m a great team player and going it alone can be trying at times … it would be great to support and have the support of 17 other weight loss buddies and of course from you Dax and your team :-)

I will be totally; unquestionably dedicated to your full-on and intensive program and I thrive on advice, especially when it comes to nutrition and exercise which will allow my body and life to transform before my eyes and everyone else’s too.

Nothing motivates me more than to see results (both physically & mentally) and the RAPID results you mention is a huge bonus & incentive.

Good luck everyone!

Fingers crossed and here’s hoping I am one of the lucky ones!

P.S. I have access to a gym with pool, some equipment at home and I am 50 mins by train from London (Liverpool Street)!

WOW! What an overwhelming response. Since there are so many responses, I didn’t want you to forget about me. I am not sure how you are going to choose your online guinea-pigs, but I seriously want to be one of them. My name is Cynthia and I live in Alberta, Canada. Here are my stats:

http://cyn-fitandforty.blogspot.com/

Age: 41 (just turned on June 14)
Weight: 184
Role Models: Craig Ballantyne, CSCS, MS, Vince DelMonte, Jennifer Nicole Lee to name a few

At my heaviest I was 195 lbs which completely shocked me. You know when you have to loss weight when you have a hard time tying your own shoes or wiping your own butt! That’s when I started researching weight loss consultants and programs. I immediately lost the 9 lbs but haven’t really had any serious weight loss for a couple of months. I just finished a 4 week boot camp and I am signed up for another 4 weeks starting on June 22. I also have a gym membership and free weights and resistance bands at home.

I have been really fit all my life, but I went back to school to get my Masters Degree in Archaeology. I noticed that on some of the other posts that this is where people also starting gaining weight. For me, that’s when the weight started creeping on, especially after I turned 35. I have always weighed around 125-130. Then boom 150 and now at 41 I am 184. I have always been active. I used to race road bikes competitively in my early 20s. I was always training for some biathlon. I am currently preparing for a half marathon at the end of September 2009. This 184 pound person just isn’t me. I want my old self back and I am very committed to working with you to make that happen.

Why I would make an excellent online candidate?

• Right now I work from home as a consulting Archaeologist so my hours are very flexible.
• I have no children so I am free to travel easily.
• I have all sorts of computer skills and access to high speed internet. For example, I communicate with my boss through teleconferencing and I am very internet savvy. I am also very familiar with Adobe C2 and am currently upgrading to C4. So I can make posters, flyers, update websites etc.
• I am a belly dancer so I am not afraid to speak or perform in public.
• For seven years I taught English as a Second Language to put myself through school. I also currently teach belly dance, so I have teaching skills. Therefore, I would be able to put together and implement a fitness workshop or seminar based on your philosophy in Canada (no problem).
• I have excellent communication skills and love meeting and talking to all kinds of people.
• I am very compassionate and empathic towards other people’s problems and when my friends need my assistance I am always there for them.
• I am an awesome sales person. When I was working in the retail business, in an organic food store called Choices, I was always winning prizes for the highest sales. When I believe in something, and if I know that a certain product will benefit someone, I can sell anything.
• I work well with others and I am, for a lack of a better term, a team player and I am professional.
• I can follow directions and instructions to a tee. This might seem like an odd thing to say, but it is true. From my teaching experience, I found that I would tell people what to do, but they wouldn’t do it properly and therefore would get upset when they didn’t get the desired result. You may ask then, “With all you your research and knowledge of how to loose weight why haven’t you just followed the directions?” Good question. I used to be self disciplined, but have let things slide. I have seemed to have lost myself in work, my relationship and family and I need your help to get back on track. Thanks DAX!

This looks too good to be true Dax!! I am a 22 year old, 170 pound female who would be more than happy to be one of your guinea pigs for this program of yours. Before Christmas I was less than 150 pounds. Where is this weight coming from (I think I already have a good idea)?!?!

To be honest with you one of my dreams is to be able to help others achieve their fitness goals. But before I can do this I need some help in getting myself in shape! I’ve been reading your blogs for a long time now and I think they are great! Reading and acting out what I’ve read is a completely different story.

My biggest problem is jumping from one program to another. I am confused! I’ve been working outfor a while now but I’m not seeing results, mostly because of my eating patterns. I am in serious need of your help!!!! I am so sick of feeling this way! I want to feel healthy again!!! So please oh please help me!

If you’re serious about wanting someone who is SERIOUS, as in 100% absolutely, definitely, without a doubt committed to losing 30lbs in the next 30 days, then I am the one for you!

SO... PICK ME! :)

Thanks for everything you do,

Dax,

The reason you should give me one of the "Willy-Wonka-Golden-Tickets" is because I really NEED it!! I use to model and weighed only 109lbs until I became pregnant. When I met my current husband I only weighed 124lbs. Today, at age 34, I weigh 165lbs and 5'8. Puh-leez help me out. I competed in the Mrs. GA-America pageant in 2005 and in 2006 and worked really hard to lose the weight working out 3 times a day. I was 2nd runner up in 05' and 3rd runner up in 06', not to mention 3rd in swimsuit competition. I would really like to compete again in 2010 but need an extra push of motivation. Chose me, please, please, please!!

Kind regards,

I have been stuck at 195lbs and 17% bodyfat for over 10 years. I am not in "bad" shape but at my yearly checkup up my doctor told me "you are muscular, not lean - and if you keep up your bad eating habits it is going to eventually catch up with you." Nutition has alway been the culprit. I do a mix of Crossfit and Turbulence Training workouts and every Monday I tell myself that if I clean up my nutrition "just a little" then I will reach my goal of 175-180lbs and 8-12% bodyfat. Well I have been convincing myself of this every week since I was 24yrs old and 10 years later I am in exactly the same spot. My wife and I have a 2yr old son and a little girl on the way and NOW is the time to reach my goal. I have always told myself that I don't need help but in reality this is EXACTLY what I need - for Dax to push me and hold me accountable throughout the next 30 days. I purchased and completed the Magic 100 program a few months ago and meet every goal EXCEPT for my nutritional and weight loss goals. The timing of this offer is uncanny because I told myself I wanted to be under 180lbs when my little girl is born and she is due in 35 Days (July 25th)! I need this!

The best advice I have ever heard states, "In life do whatever it is you DESIRE to do, even if people disagree or don't understand. Because people rarely share the same dreams or understand their own for that matter."

Well Dax, this is one of those moments where people around me just dont understand my desire to want to get into the best shape of my life. I'm 23, female. 5'4" 168 lbs. A few months ago I dieted down from 182 to 160 so that I could join the military. But 8 lbs later I find myself stuck and so desperately wanting to get down to the teens in terms of body fat percentage. Initially, all the compliments for losing 20 pounds was nice, but eventually it led to complacency. I've learned that lesson and I'm ready to blaze forward. I know I have the commitment level more than necessary to exceed expectations. I know I have the work ethic. And most importantly Dax, I have the DESIRE.

Hi Dax,
What an incredible offer!!!
I would be so honored (not to mention extremely lucky) to get one of the online spots.I am not close to London.

There are multiple reasons I think I should get one of those spots.....
1) Yes, I am VERY SERIOUS about being in my best shape ever.
2) It would make an AWESOME birthday present for me. I turn 41 years on the 25th of June just 4 days after your program starts.
3) I am sick and tired of being a "fat" fitness instructor. I know I would be a much more credible instructor if I got the eating under control. I have lots of book smarts on fitness and nutrition but sadly something keeps stopping me from truly reaching my goals.Years ago I had been physically and mentally abused by my X husband.Instead of being smart and leaving for 14 years I endured the pain and heartache. I was young and stupid back then and turned to food for comfort.
I have been out of that situation for years but still I struggle with emotional eating. After I left my x I got ACE certified to teach group fitness. I have been certified since 2003.It is absolutely true YOU CAN'T OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET! I am ready to change for good. I am ready to let go of the past and be my personal best. I am ready to quit using food.
4)I absolutely love fitness :)
5) I have all the equipment I need.
Dumbbells from 5lbs to 35 lb, medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells etc.
6) I want to be in better shape not just for professional reasons but for my family. I have a husband and six children who all count on me :)
So many more reasons but hopefully my top 6 are enough to show you I AM SERIOUS!!!!

Hi Dax,

I am a Great Canadian looking to lose those 30 lbs pounds you are talking about. You wouldn’t believe how easy it is for us Canadians to hide a few extra lbs under heavy sweaters, jackets and snow pants. Unfortunately the excess fat still manages to creep up on you. When summer comes, the sweater comes off and the fat lingers. Yuk!!

My daughter just threw a surprise 25th Wedding Anniversary party for my husband and I. We just got the pictures back yesterday and I am ashamed to say that I barely recognize myself. I look like a beached whale on the dance floor. Of course from the shoulders up I am beautiful (if you look beyond the double chin), but any shots that hit below the waist reveal the butt of rhino and the legs of an elephant. These pictures don’t lie and are proof that I can no longer blame the broken scales. The lack of exercise and poor eating habits have taken their toll tuning my once athletic, shapely body into that of a well-rounded snowman. The idea of losing 30 lbs in 30 days would be just what I need to get me on track.

Of course being a Canadian, I get a lot of exercise shoveling snow, scraping the windshield, and shoveling more snow. But, that has obviously not been enough to keep those extra pounds off. I live close to the ski hill where my husband and I often go snowboarding. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years I am finding myself in the lodge more often than not “resting those elephant legs”, with nachos and a beer. I am afraid my husband is going to have to ditch me after 25 years cause I am too overweight and out of shape to keep up with him. We are hoping to go out to Whistler, BC for the 2010 Olympics in February. In order to be able to snowboard in the Rockies I am going to need some serious work. I don’t want to have to stick to the easy runs cause I am not in good enough shape to tackle the expert trails.

I am your ideal candidate and would make a perfect online guinea pig. I am prepared to dedicate 30 days to you knowing that 30 pounds will melt away. Being a teacher, I am off for the summer and am willing and able to commit 100%. I have a PC to blog, a gym membership and weights at home that I will dust off and have ready to go. My hope is that I will come out looking and feeling as good as I did when I was half my age. All I need is a personal trainer like you to keep me motivated and on track.
I won't let you down.

Well Dax, if you really want to give your programme a true global feel, look no further than taking your program into Africa. I am based in South Africa and sure would love to test your programme and also see how possible it is to achieve from a nutrition point of view. A lot of plans are difficult to follow given the different foodstuffs in different regions. I am however very committed to keep in line with your programme and hopefully assist you in taking your programme to regions like the one I am resident in.

Two months ago my doctor told me to lose 30 lbs.

So I stopped drinking and trained for and ran a half marathon.

So far I've gained 4 lbs.

I really want to be in great shape for my 60th birthday in September.

I really really want to be in shape for my daughters wedding.

I don't want to go back to the doctor not having lost any weight.

I want to be proud to stand in front of my husband of forty years naked.

Most of all I want to actually feel good. Day in and day out.

I am so tired of my condition I will DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU SAY. 100%. No whining or cheating. I have failed to do this on my own. My family says the will support me 100%.

Physical and mental well-being are passions of mine. I need your help making my outside match my inside.

I know this is special and everyone asking you is just as deserving and needy as I am. I would love to be selected. Thanks for you consideration,
Love,

Hi Dax,
I started my journey as a 5 foot 7 inches tall woman, who weighed over 300lbs. By following the elimantion diet and doing some insane workouts ( kettlebells, ropes, taebo classes) I have gotten down to 224lbs. I feel like an athlete when I work out, but still look far from it. I have reached a standstill in my progress and feel that this program may be exactly what I need. I have been 100% committed to a healthy lifestyle for over a year now, so there is no way I won't be able to make the 30 days of the program. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Dax, I'm back again. I have read all of the blogs and have been incessantly thinking about this since your first email arrived yesterday.

I could provide a long laundry list as to why you should chose me, but it is difficult to describe the burning desire I have to do this. It has become a need, rather than just a want. I can't explain it, but I know this will change my life.

I have always been a person of extremes so losing 30lbs in 30 days gets me absolutely excited, where it might strike fear into others.

Since you will be giving me my life back, I need to offer you something comparable in return so here it goes...

I will blog, take pictures, give testimonials, etc. but I can take it to the next level. I work for a very large healthcare organization that has nearly 100,000 employees. Most of these employees have healthcare spending accounts that they can use for personal training and fitness. We have an employee intranet and employee newsletters, where I could potential tell my story of how I lost 30lbs in 30 days on your rapid weight loss program. If anyone has ever worked in healthcare, they know how much people like to talk, so word of mouth would be huge. They would tell 3 friends, who would tell 3 friends...well, you get the picture. I promise I would repay you ten-fold and become your champion.

Well.....where do I begin? I went on my first trip to the dietician at 6 years of age......when I went to my mother in tears because I weighed six stone. (Yes, I know it sounds ridiculous but it's true). Then all my life I have been an emotional eater and have yo-yo dieted and yes I am sick and tired of thinking about food so much of the time. It really gets to me and maybe that's because I am in the business of coaching and empowering people in my job and this is one area of my life that I just haven't ever achieved my goals and got there.

This year I have made some major efforts. I've done the elimination diet, I've been going for three power-plate sessions a week and I've just joined the gym. In total I have lost 10 kilos and quite a few inches and I'm halfway there! I'm 5'5" and weigh 78 kilos. My target weight is 66 kilos and to be honest it's getting tough. I just can't shift the weight from my lower body and would love some expert support with my diet and exercise regime.

It really would be a dream come true for me to reach my target weight and sustain a healthy eating/exercise regime for the rest of my life. I would love the opportunity to commit to this programme because I know my story would also inspire and support other people who have/are going through similar challenges.

Hey Dax

Wow...where should I start?!!
I am a 30 year old mother of a one year and I am absolutely SERIOUS and committed to wanting to lose some serious weight, once and for all.
I'm 5ft 2in and weigh 207lbs…..shameful…..
Its been a real struggle to lose the stone of baby weight I put on and it has been really frustrating. I am a member of a Gym and I was having PT sessions for a while, however my weight has stayed the same over the past year.

I believe that losing weight is not just a matter of exercise and the ‘right’ foods but also having the correct mindset. A mindset that is focused and determined to get results…and not via a quick fix method!

I have taken part in Weight Watchers, Slimmers World, Lighter Life etc etc etc…..
I’ve lost weight on these programmes…only to put the weight right back on again.

Dax, I believe that I have finally come to the point where enough really is enough and I am both serious and passionate about losing this weight for good.

In September, I will be celebrating my three year Wedding Anniversary. I have set goals in the past in terms of losing weight by certain times, e.g my birthday, Christmas, etc. But sadly have not met these targets……I would really love to meet this target and be a size 14 if not 12 by my anniversary in September 2009.
I’ve put a size instead of a weight as I know that muscle weighs more than fat.

I’m confident that taking part in this programme will assist me in achieving this goal and give me the kick start I need to building and maintaining a healthier and happier lifestyle.

I'll blog, take pictures..whatever it takes....my time for change really is now!

Hoping to hear from you soon!
Angela P

I'm desperately in need of a fast effective program I can use to get lean again, despite my busy schedule.
I'm tired of doing exercises which don't deliver results en food programs that are too general. Help me to get lean, and I'll promise to launch this program - if you wish - in te Netherlands (my base). We have 16 million people that are getting more and more obese. You could be the solution and I want to be your dutch example.

I am a 33 year old woman who has slowly but steadily been gaining weight over the past year. I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for many years and comfort eating is a big problem for me. I also have come up with any excuse not to exercise. I have gotten to a point where I have decided to start focusing on myself more and getting well. I would like to do this in a more wholistic manner so I have incorporated modern medicine with herbal and acupuncture remedies. Incorporating exercise and nutrition is the next step and losing 30lbs in the process would be great. I would love to be one of your on-line guinea pigs and be a walking advertisement in Australia for your online side of your company.
Thanks

The other day I saw a catalog for continuing adult education classes. On the cover was a bullseye with the caption "Is Your Life On Target?" That got me thinking. Was my life on target? Quickly I answered no. My 50th birthday was coming and I was taking stock of my life. There we alot of things that I had experienced but oh so many more things I wanted to experience. I was at my ideal weight 10 years and 30 pounds ago. I don't look 50 and I certainly don't feel 50. I know that if I don't get this extra weight off now it will only get harder to lose it as the years go by. I have already wasted 10 years of being overweight. I don't want to waste any more time getting back to my ideal weight.I have so much more life to live and I don't want the days and years to go in an unhealthy way. Plus, I want to be a role model to my two brothers who need to get healthy too.

I am looking forward to losing the 30 pounds I need to lose in 30 days!

I just celebrated my 50th birthday and decided it's time to make my dream body a reality. Unfortunately, I'm at that point in my life where that may be more difficult to do. I've been in menopause for two years so most of my weight has accumulated around my middle (not a good thing, health-wise). I've tried too many diet and exercise programs to count...all with minimal results. This has been very frustrating to say the least. I want to find a program that actually works and that I can live with for the next 50 years. I would love to be one of your online guinea pigs!

Dax,
I had great results with the 30 day elimination diet but have had trouble afterwards keeping the motivation and have been drifting for the last two weeks. I am 52 years old, female, and have struggled with my weight since childhood. I am hiking the John Muir Trail in August (225 miles in 15 days) and would like to be in the best shape of my life. I will give your program my all and will be happy to share my results, photos, testimonials etc with you and your followers. I don't live near you so I would have to be an e-mail follower. Even if you do not choose me, thank you in advance for offering such a wonderful opportunity for all of us. You are my hero!

I would love the opportunity to be a guinea pig. I know I can be commited 100% as I have recently finished sessions to get to my current weight of 179lbs at 5'10". I don't thinkbi have 30lbs to lose but at 41 years old I believe that 15 less pounds should finally allow me (and others) to finally see my six pack. I am trying to be in the beat shape of my life and feel this could be the final part to my accomplishment that I can show off to everyone. Thank you for your consideration.

You should choose me for several reasons:
1. Demographics. You need a diverse demographic in a test group to appeal to a larger group of potential customers. I am a 55 year old single mom. I work a lot so I need to use my time wisely.
2. Motivated. I've done this before. About 4-5 years ago I lost 80 lbs, kept if off for about 2 years, then it started coming back again. Now I have to start all over.
3. Did I say I really want to do this?
4. I have the discipline to do a 30 day program, especially if I am being held accountable (to you). That is a HUGE difference.
5. I have a goal. My granddaughter just passed in May (she was almost two and had an undiagnosed disease). We are going to hold a mini marathon each year in her honor and use the funds towards the development of a new program to help kids with undiagnosed diseases. I want to run in her "memorial mini". I can't do that now with all the extra weight I am carrying.
6. I really have a goal.

Pick me.

I am serious about trying this new program. In the last year since getting married I have put on 10kg and am desperate to shift it and keep it off for life.
It has also been a tough year to keep on track because my husband and I both had to cancel our gym memberships because of financial reasons.
I often try new programs and find I don't get results quickly enough, so this sounds like the program for me.
I live in Islington and feel like a few sessions and a program with Dax could solve my problem and help me get in shape before summer is out.
I am doubtful that I could lose 30lb in 30 days, but I would love for Dax to prove me wrong!!

pps. Just wanted to add - Please please please pick me! After 30 days I'll be your program's poster girl - you will be so proud! Oh yes you will...go on...I'll be great (with your help!)

Hey there Dax - How funny is the timing of this all!

I was planning on re-starting the LGNC today (in fact, had just logged on to set up the blog and join your affiliate program) when I read your blog...I have already weighed and measured myself and the coffee machine has been stored away!

I HAVE the incentiveand the place to train (just purchased a kettle ball). I KNOW (with your support) I would succeed in this program. I have NO doubts.

I would commit without hesitation and share it with the world!

I would also LOVE to compare it to the LGNC having already done it successfully once.

I CANNOT wait to begin? Can we start now?

I look forward to hearing back from you and have a fantastic day!

I am 43, female and weigh 56kg. I only have a few pounds to lose. I went on the ED faithfully for 5 weeks and didn't lose an inch around my belly which is where the weight is. I didn't cheat and I excercised. THis made me think either this belly fat is here to stay or something is wrong. So i went the docs and there is a very large cyst there which makes me look pregnant. If it hadn't been the ED I might not have bothered with the docs. Just thought I'd let you know. The second thing is I can now do a press up and I've never been able to do even one. I am right chuffed. So I haven't got thirty pounds to lose so I don't qualify but if you ever do a freebie that says I can have a bod like a personal trainer- Angie Dowds- maybe - then I will sign up for that. I shall continue with my press ups...onwards

Hi Dax,

30lbs fat loss would give me the fillip to return to competitive athletics. I am motivated to complete the program and will thoroughly document and blog the results. Having completed and blogged through Muscle in a Month, anything else will be easy!!

Hi Dax

I would absolutely love to be coached by you albeit online and lose 30lbs. Right now I weigh 175lbs and I am at a BMI of 31 which is definitely not where I want to be. I started the elimination diet "for real" 10 days ago, after 6 months of sorta kinda doing it for a few days then off again, and have found that sticking to it has helped me with my discipline in other areas of my life not to mention the 4lb weight loss so far. Losing 30 whole pounds would take me to size 10 at which point I'd be able to wear what I wanted and not go around trying to hid my middle, or the muffin top or feeling so darn frumpy. I live in Singapore and have not found it easy to find clothes that I really like in my current size 16 because many people here are quite small. I would love, no have to get to a point where I can walk about without thinking about the jiggle in my body as it can get kinda depressing. So here I am - ready to do whatever you ask as your guinea pig :)

This is great timing Dax... In recent times when I've made a decision to take the next step forwards, an opportunity like this has come along. Last year, after many years of "marking time", I decided it was time to break free and reinvent myself. Literally the next day an email popped into my inbox from Tom Venuto promoting a new type of fat loss contest, with an aim to develop an unstoppable mind set and achieving a healthier lifestyle and fitter body. I surprised even myself by joining that contest straight away without a second thought. That contest was run by your good friend Scott Tousignant, and over the following month I turned my whole life around in a way I could not have imagined. I was very fortunate to be the male winner of that first contest, and over the next few months I lost 15kg (around 33 lb's). I've purchased and set up my own home gym with resistance and cardio training, and have maintained my weight at that level - which is a feat I’d never been able to do before. I discovered what a difference you could make when you became totally dedicated and motivated to the challenge of improving yourself, instead of sitting on your butt and feeling sorry for yourself. To actually incorporate change into your daily life and routine and take immediate action, rather than just talking about it, which is what most of us do.

Over the past few months though, due to serious family illnesses, many trips to hospital for my wife, and other work issues, my focus has been taken away from continuing my journey of further weight loss and improved health. I've just been marking time again. The other week I turned 50, and with the family situation looking more positive, I started looking for the next step to get back on track. I was determined to lose another 30 lbs, and then behold, who should I get an email from but Dax Moy. You are one of my favourite motivators (I loved your audio interviews with Scott and others) and I have enormous respect for you. You helped me immensely with my first steps last year, along with Tom Venuto.

So, onto the 30 lbs in 30 days challenge... I'm sure many people here don't truly realise exactly what that’s going to entail, or exactly what dedication will be needed to the task at hand for 30 days straight. I read your latest email tonight, detailing pretty much exactly what will be required. It will be a tough journey. That there is no doubt of, and it will require a belief in oneself that this is attainable. I know, without having to even think about it, that this is achievable, and that I personally can achieve this. Partly because I have that degree of trust in you Dax to make the claim and this offer, but also because I did it last year, even if on a smaller scale, and I know I can do it again. It will involve sacrifice, but the further improvement in mindset and determination that this will require will not only bring about a significantly healthier body and required weight loss, but help me take the next step work wise and health wise that I need to make. Especially if I want to live another 10 years and reach 60 fit and healthy enough to enjoy being 60, enjoy my children, and hopefully even grand children!

So I am making a public statement here to you and everyone here as witnesses, that I will achieve a loss of 30 lbs in 30 days, if I am chosen. That I will improve my health and fitness, and learn enough to not only benefit myself, but my wife and children as well, who need as much motivation and improvement as I do in the areas of health, exercising, better eating, and healthier living. And most important of all, as I learnt in a most valuable way last year with Scott, that the best part of the journey is not what you accomplish yourself, but what you are able to help others to achieve for themselves. It's not a success if you are the only winner. It's only a success if we are all winners.

Peace always,
Ronny

Dax,

Perhaps guinea pig isn't the most flattering title, but at the moment I share a body shape with the little critters, so maybe it is apt!

At New Years I woke up 25 pounds heavier than I had been in my life - including nine months pregnant over 8 years ago. I was 60 pounds over a healthy weight. I was tired, achy, borderline diabetic and crabby. I thought maybe I needed antidepressants.

Then I just smacked myself upside the face and said "HEY YOU!" and started making little changes in my life. No more soda, then chocolate, then refined sugar, then milk and cheese. I started losing weight. I was finally ABLE to exercise without my knees and back screaming after 2 repetitions.

I've lost 28 pounds since New Years, but only 6 in the last 8 weeks. I am ready to take it to the next level, lose the weight I need to and get healthy. I want to have another baby next year, but I am determined to give that little one the best "home" possible for their 9 months, which means starting out at a healthy weight with healthy habits and solid nutrition.

If you're looking for someone ready to change their life and body through effort, not gimmicks, I'm yours!

Hi Dax,

I am fairly new to your blog and am very interested. I am a college student in the U.S. and my birthday is in one month! I will be turning 20. In the past, I had a brief period of anorexia and lost about 30 lbs but ended up gaining it back and more within two years. I am currently 5'6.5" and weigh 170. This sounds like a great program and I would love to take part of it.

Even though I am, pretty young, I have tried numerous exercising techniques and sometime followed diets but they all don't work for me. I think my body is tired from all the harm I did.

Also, I will be an aunt very soon and would like to be in decent shape when welcoming my niece. Please help my birthday wish come true.

Thanks,
jamk

Here I am wanting desperately to be your guinea pig and lose 30 pounds by July 21 when I leave for a two week vacation in Florida! I am a 47 year old mom who loves a challenge and will blow your mind in before and afters!!! I have tried a bunch of programs online and in books, I have equipment at home and a gym membership, I love lifting heavy and working out short but intense. I have tried fasting and cut out most of what you want gone, but I need to put it all together and hit it out of the park!! I am 5'10" and currently weigh 172, athletic build, but a little fluffy! :) 30 pounds gone would put me in perfect bikini shape, and for 47 I could rock it!! Here is a youtube of my latest shape up attempt before on March 17: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7aHdumJ3u0 I lost 16 pounds with that attempt, I just need to sprint to the finish and with you and your program it would be sooo fun! We, my incredibly supportive husband and I are going to Florida for two weeks to take my daughter to a modelling competition and my 3 tweens to water parks and I plan to live in a bikini!!! You can help me do it! :)

Thanks so much for this opportunity! I love your Daily Hundred and all!

Cheers! Hope to hear from you tonight!

My name is Susan, I'm 5'5" and about 195lbs. I've been working out regularly for a year, and have lost a little over 20 lbs, but nothing has moved since. My muscles are getting stronger and I feel better, but no change on the scale!

Please choose me - I will do everything you say and will not drop out. I will be a walking example of what your program is capable of!

Dax,
Old, bald fat guy with young, attractive, fit girlfriend wants and needs to be in your program.
Have gained 35 pounds since Oct. due to working 7 days/week, 10-12 hrs/day.
Believe I am addicted? to carbs/sugar/starches. I get brain fog from food regularly, causing mood swings, inability to think clearly, focus for any length of time, communicate properly and causing memory loss.
I trade currencies online when not working and my brain fog is impairing my ability to trade properly.
Prior to Oct, I spent 2+ yrs on a low carb + 4-5 workouts/week, including resistance training and high intensity cardio intervals. I have never felt so great in my life. It was awesome. I want and need to get back there asap.
I have done considerable fasting and have done Brad Pillons eat, stop eat program and own his book.
I will take the month off, commit to your program, direction, and motivation. I am currently a gym member.
My girlfriend, also my biggest supporter, has an awesome beach body and deserves the same from me. We are very healthy eaters normally and she will join me on this adventure.
I have published an online business newsletter with 16000 subscribers so blogging is ok.
Our home is clear of junk food and a desperate guinea pig awaits.

I'm 33 years old, 5'8" and weigh about 170lbs. I've been unhappy with my body since I was a teenager, and have been pretty much constantly on some fad diet or other for more than half of my life.

I'm now at the point that I just don't know what to try. This seems like a godsend. Not only to have your advice about diet but exercise too, and all for free!

I'm very conscious that this is a wonderful opportunity, and I know that that alone would give me the motivation to give it my all.

Please, please help me to feel happy with my body. That's all I've ever wanted.
