Zombie Nation....Part 2
Are we all zombies?
So in part 1 I explained a little about what gave me to write this article, it explained how every morning and evening a lot of the people I come in to contact with on the way two and from work ,seemed to be missing some motivation, nourishment and generally looking a little zombified!?
I came to conclusion it must have been one or more lifestyle components of a healthy body…….
A brief recap would be noticing the:

Man, I can't believe I'm 50 day in now, it's flying by!
The last week has been good, eating clean, training decently (though only 3 workouts so far this week, will get another in today) and I'm still seeing and feeling the benefit to staying clean.
My sleep's still not great so I'm certain that's costing me some results, but all in all I'm happy at 11.4kg weight loss and a LOT of fat gone. My waist is 4 1/2inch smaller too.

It’s that time of year... the common cold is far too common. Last year I didn’t even get a sniff (pardon the pun) of a cold, yet I was exposed to so many with clients, colleagues and friends. One of the reasons I can probably thank for that is my Vitamin C intake. When presented with cold symptoms, a lot of people start to dose them-selves with Vitamin C, but that’s a bit like the old analogy of bolting the stable door when the horse has already bolted. I'm still FAR from lean but compared to 46 days ago I reckon I'm in a COMPLETELY different place, no?
Still chunky for sure but no longer fat. In fact, I've lost over 4 1/2 inches from my waist.

This is week 3 of the ‘5 Steps to a Better Existence’ series. So far I’ve suggested Work Less (Step 1), and Fuel Your Body (Step 2). On to Step 3.

Like any machine, the longer a body sits unused, the more unusable it becomes. It requires regular maintenance (tying into steps 1 & 2) and use. In the continued spirit of overplayed adages, ‘use it or lose it!’ And the more it’s used, the more fun

38 days have gone by in a blur, don't you think?
Well, they have for me anyway and so it's time to get the top off again and reveal what's happening in my chunky to hunky experiment.
DEFINITELY less chunky for sure... I'll leave any judgement on the hunky to you as it's more of a tongue in cheek think, don't ya know? :)
I'm less chunky to the tune of 10kg as of today, that's 22lbs or just over a stone and a half

stronger and faster in her workouts, which is great. We were well on schedule for her holiday.
One area in which she was getting slightly demotivated was in her weight loss. She wanted to
lose enough weight to fit intro her new Ski pants.

Last week we looked at exercises in the Saggital plane (front to rear) so this week we will look at working laterally (side to side).

Well, I've been travelling for a few days out to sunny California where I've been presenting to personal trainers on how to build amazing connection and rapport through service (actually, I think I gave my bet ever presentation, so I'm really pleased :) )
Anyway, despite not being around for the last 6 days I'm pleased to announce that my results are still improving.
As of today I'm just over 9kg lighter than when I started 35

So, here I am at day 13 of my chunky to hunky experiment.
To date I've lost 4.5kg (not bad) but haven't really shifted much weight in nearly 4 day now (only about .5kg), yet the inches are still dropping, my trousers and training shorts are getting loose and my lovehandles while still definitely there, are far, far less than they were just 2 short weeks ago.
All in all I'm pleased, particularly as my weekend was almost wiped out due to a

Fancy a super-simple fat burning workout that won't take forever to complete yet which will still have a GREAT metabolic effect?

Here's the deal, I call it the '7 Minute Sizzler' and you'll soon see why.
It's based around performing 7 exercises back to back as a continuous circuit of 10 reps per exercise until all 7 minutes are complete.

You know, when people first start the elimination diet their first concern is whether or not there will still be enough variety and choice in their diet.
Silly, I know. After all, even though it seems like getting rid of wheat, dairy, caffeine, alcohol, sugar and processed foods means that there's going to be very little left to eat, the reality is, there's PLENTY!
I mean, we didn't always eat the way we do now did

Well, we're at day 10 of my chunky to hunky 'rehab' which means I have 9 days completed and behind me (still on the 10th) and am nearly 1/3rd of the way through the 30 day's I've allowed for myself to not only get back in shape but to DRAMATICALLY surpass my original condition.
It's been an interesting 9 days so far.

Well, here we are at day 6 and with 5 days complete I'm pleased to announce that I've shifted the first 4kg of my 7kg gain.
Not bad, right?
Now, I'm certainly not claiming that's 4kg of FAT loss, there's a lot of water in that too, but still, I gained 7kg and lost 4kg in 5 days so I'm happy.
