London Personal Trainer Pre Ski Season Conditioning Training

Hello again, this is part 2 of my Pre Ski Season Conditioning Training.



Today I will show you the second set of 4 exercises.

Last week we looked at exercises in the Saggital plane (front to rear) so this week we will look at working laterally (side to side).

Here are the 4 sets of exercises

1. PW Side Step Squats

2. Alternated Side Lunges

3. Alternate Side Step Overs

4. PW Side Squat Jumps
